ぽ	ぽてちん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 伊那市の麺屋ニ八さんで昼食。カウンター席に座ってメニュー表を見て「醤油ラーメンの大盛り」を注文。厨房で店主の方が黙々とラーメンを作る姿に見入っているとお待ちかねの醤油ラーメンが運ばれてきました。スープをすくってすすってみると醤油の香り、塩味が抑えられ甘みとまではいかない味わいを感じる穏やかなスープでした。スープがよく絡んで歯ごたえの良い麺のすすり心地は良かったです。チャーシューは薄味で噛めば噛むほど旨味が溢れて出してくる食べ応え満点でした。スープの穏やかな味わいも良かったですがコショウを効かせてピリッとした味わいをプラスしても美味しくいただけました。ごちそうさまでした。(^o^) Lunch at the noodle shop Nihachi in Ina City.
