こ	こたろう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 油そばとローメンをいただきました。ローメンは自ら味付けって意味もわかりますが、もう少し店の味を主張してもいいんじゃないかな？って思いました。 I had abura soba and lomen. Lomen can be seasoned by itself and understand the meaning, but I think it's okay to insist on the taste of the restaurant a little more. I tought.

Y	YS TGN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 伊那～高山方面を旅行の朝、たまたまラジオで伊那のソウルフード、ローメンの存在を知りました(それまで存じ上げませんでした、すみません)。お昼過ぎに伊那市に到着、ラーメン大学さんを見つけ、ちょっと調べたらローメンを扱っているようで早速入店。それほど混雑はしていなく、待つことなくカウンターに案内されました。他のメニューも目を引きましたが、迷わずローメン(並盛800円)を注文。麺2玉の大盛は1,000円です。少食な自分には完食出来るか不安でしたが、後引くタレと麺とマトンがとってもマッチして美味しくいただきました。着丼時、おろしニンニク・ソース・追いダレ？が運ばれてきましたが、ニンニクだけ少し足しました。完食後、メニューを見返して見ると、初めての方は食べ方を尋ねて下さい、と有りました。もしかしたら、これらの調味料がまた違った良い味になったかも知れません。次回は尋ねてみたいと思いました。 On the morning of my trip from Ina to Takayama, I happened to find out about Ina's soul food, Lomen, on the radio (I didn't know until then, I'm sorry). After finishing the meal, I looked back at the menu and asked if it was the first time to eat. Perhaps these seasonings have a different and better taste. I wanted to ask next time.

One item you are interested in in the menu. Egg fluffy tantan noodles that look like Kawasaki New Tantan. I can't help but ask as an immigrant from Kanagawa. It was similar to the original family, but it was delicious.
