 We had a young female staff member respond. We were able to meet a good property by responding cheerfully and politely, and also by taking a sudden response such as a preview of the property that we did not originally plan to visit.

自分が前に契約していた不動産屋との事情も知っているようだった。
自分が契約していた所からはこの店が機能していないんじゃないか？と言われていた。
結局こちらが退去した。
たぶんこういう体質の店だと思われる。
伊那市で不動産屋に行くならアパマンかエイブルのほうがいい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually efficient people but no English so you have to bring a friend. Compared to other agents it is best because the fee is only half month rent but other need one month rent as a handling fee. Free drinks there and a playing place for kids
