★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware this store is not using approved Samsung phone repair methods. My phone screen replacement was done incorrectly by this store and not to spec resulting in my phones IP waterproof rating being compromised. Had to spend a huge amount of money at an authorized samsung repair store to correct the damage to get certification back afterwards.
The whole dilemma started when I noticed a scratch on the screen this store had placed on my phone when I received it. When I asked them to replace it with an undamaged screen they told me it happened during shipping and the contract I signed before they work on your phone says their parts might be damaged and it's not their responsibility...which is all in Kanji I could not read.
New phones are expensive these days. Don't come here to try and save money as there is a reason why their prices are so cheap compared to elsewhere.
Update:
Thank you for your reply and confirmation of not using correct methods of repair so your customers may understand before hand which you did absolutely not explain.
Also thank you for confirming your dispute on the price so perhaps customers may understand that if you do the repairs incorrectly you may charge them extra to have it corrected as was in my situation.
