★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中は、喫煙可なので、天気の良い夕方、外で日本酒飲み放題コースと、チヂミ、山芋、もやしとニラの炒めもの、アサリの酒蒸し頂きました。味は良かったです。
Smoking is allowed inside, so in the evening when the weather was nice, we had an all-you-can-drink course of Japanese sake outside, stir-fried chijimi, yam, sprouts and garlic, and steamed clams. The taste was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is conveniently located which makes it a really popular spot. If you are in a group, I'll highly recommend making a reservation in advance. The food, however, is absolutely fantastic!! Reasonably priced and extremely tasty! No wonder it's so popular with the locals. It was so good that I went back for a second night in a row and the workers there were so happy to see me. Japanese customer service is already good but the workers here are so warm and welcoming even though they had to handle a full house! Taking customer service to the next level! If I'm visiting Kyoto again, I'm definitely coming back! Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all this is a place for locals. It is loud, it is boisterous, and it's f****** delicious. I've never seen so many drunk Japanese that were so happy to be eating great food. Bring cash, go here, make sure you're aggressive with the wait staff because they work hard and are very busy. Absolutely perfect dive bar/izakaya restaurant
