★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at this restaurant. Wanted to try the pork but they were out of it. We then ordered 2 Shabu Shabu hot pot with wagyu beef, sashimi and appetizers but nothing came for the first 30minutes. Waiters kept saying it was coming out soon, but couldn’t give a time frame. They then took the burners out and placed them on our table with a plate of raw vegetables and meat (which they said was 2 sets worth). The soup only showed up 10 minutes later. The plate didn’t look like 110g of beef as promised from the menu. It only looked like 1 set’s worth in the end we tried communicating with the waiter and waitresses and spent another hour trying to let them know what was wrong. We walked out in the end, didn’t want to pay 10k yen for what looks like 1 set of their shabu shabu hot pot meal. Wasted 1 hour 30minutes of my time. Restaurant also states no smoking at the entrance however we saw locals smoking inside and the waiters providing ash trays, so don’t count on what you see from the sign. Worst experience in Japan.
