★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic udon. I had the bomba which was delicious. An amazing Japanese-Italo fusion. Only in Kyoto for 4 days but will be going here for dinner twice! Highly recommend people who like Italian food and Udon to try the bomba, their specialty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you try some of the appetizers too! We shared the the grilled squid and then each got a bowl of udon! Their specialty was the Bomba udon: a fusion of Italian and Japanese food. The eel udon was our favorite dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled across this place while hunting for dinner. What a hidden gem! We had udon with shrimp and scallop in cream sauce, udon with mushroom tempura, and the mentaiko omelette (recommended by the staff. THANK YOU!). Everything was perfect, from the flavour of the food right down to service from the staff. Even though we couldn’t speak much japanese, the staff tried their best to accommodate us. Everybody should come! Get the mentaiko omelette!
