ミシュランでは2つ星、食べログでもブロンズを獲得している人気店。
祇園四条駅からは歩いて15〜20分くらい。
今回はお得なランチを頂きました。
個室利用のため店主さんとは最後まで一度も会うことはなかったです。
この規模の京都のミシュラン星付き、
人気店で店主さんの顔出しがないのは
寂しいですね。
料理はディナーとの食材の差はありますが、
どれも美味しかったです。
ただ、おぉっと感動するものは...。
今は予約を比較的とりやすそうです。

A popular restaurant that has been awarded 2 stars in Michelin and bronze in Tabelog.
About 15 to 20 minutes on foot from Gion-Shijo Station.
We had a great lunch this time.
Because I used a private room, I never met the owner until the end.
With Michelin stars in Kyoto of this scale,
It ’s a popular store that does n’t have the owner ’s appearance.
I'm lonely.
The ingredients of the food are different from those of dinner,
They are all delicious.
However, what impresses me ...
It seems that it is relatively easy to make a reservation now.

口コミなどを事前に読んで、もしかたら一元さんには手厳しいのかな?と覚悟して伺ってみたら、自動ドアなのか?と言うタイミングと素敵な笑顔で迎えて頂き幸せな気持ちになれました。
お外の扉開けて素敵な小道を中にトコトコ歩いて行くと、お店の扉がありますので、ネガティブなこと書かれてる人はもしかしたら外の扉を開けてすぐお店と思われたのかもですね。
蟹のコースを頂きました。
お隣のお客様と同じタイミングで頂いたので、気さくなご主人を含めちょこちょこお話しすることもできたりして、すごく楽しかったです。
はじめに頂いた柚子酒が素晴らしくて感激しました。
甘すぎず、でもしっかり柚子の味があって。
いっぱいゴクゴク飲みたかったです?
ビールもワインも美味しそうでしたし、お持ちのお酒類のセンスが素晴らしいなと思いました。
日本酒も、頂いた全てPERFECTだったのでビックリ?
冷やしてくれるので最後まで冷たく頂けて嬉しかったなぁ。
お料理は器も素敵でプリンプリンの蟹をいろんな食べ方で堪能できて大満足です。
最初のお皿はしっかりと濃い目の味なので珍しいビールがあってそれと合わせても良かったなと思いました。
次のお皿はガラッと変わって優しくて香ばしい味でホッとします。
そして、カラスミは今まで頂いたものの中で1番美味しかったです。
ブリやフグの歯ごたえがプリップリで幸せでした。
鯖寿司もとろっとして尖った酸っぱ味もなくて美味しかったなぁ。
海苔が、派手な香りはないけれど味が濃くてパリパリで鯖寿司に巻いて食べれて嬉しかったです。
蟹の石焼きは蟹味噌が少し焦げてくるところも香ばしくて日本酒に合って最っ高でした✨
常連のお客様と和気あいあいとしている雰囲気なので、もしかしたら好き嫌いは分かれるのかもしれません。
でも、色んなお店があるから楽しいし、私は大好きだなと思いました。

The first Yuzu wine I received was wonderful and impressed.
It's not too sweet, but it has a strong yuzu flavor.

The beer and wine looked delicious, and I thought the taste of the alcoholic beverages I had was wonderful.
I was surprised that all the sake I received was PERFECT ?
It will cool you down, so I'm glad you kept it cold until the end.
The food is nice and I am very happy to be able to enjoy the pudding pudding crab in various ways.
The first plate had a strong and strong taste, so I thought it was good to combine it with a rare beer.
The next plate is completely different and relieved with a gentle and fragrant taste.
And Karasumi was the most delicious I've ever had.
The chewy texture of yellowtail and blowfish was very happy.
The mackerel sushi was delicious without the sharp and sour taste.
The seaweed does not have a flashy aroma, but it has a strong taste, and I was happy to wrap it in mackerel sushi and eat it.
The crab stone-grilled crab was the best for sake because the crab miso was a little burnt.
The atmosphere is friendly with regular customers, so maybe you may like or dislike it.
But it's fun because there are various shops, and I think I love it.

The food for me tasted exactly the same as a budget friendly restaurant, there was nothing special about the food or taste. it was basically normal dishes with clinche expensive toppings like gold leaf, caviar, sea urgents. etc... Also did not like that the bill was what ever they decided at the end, its im about to spend $700 i want to experience new flavours and innovating dishes. also i felt the hosts were awkard and every dish was just "this is fish and miso broth. very disappointed and it took 2 hours with to many dishes that were boring and the same.
