予約時間を決めてからでも提供まで待たされる。(段取りが悪い) その待ち時間も借りる時間内に含まれる。 燃料満タン提供ではない為、計算して補給して下さいと言われる。 評価☆1でも多いぐらいかな、と思います。

這是一個很不專業的租車公司,等待的時間很久,還給了一輛無法想像的爛車,車子的外觀很糟,到處都是傷痕,連倒車(顯影)カメラ都沒有,比我自己在台灣開了14年的車還要爛,這種爛車還敢拿出來租,在日本自駕10次以上,第一次租Nippon真是被嚇到了,最令人生氣的是,服務人員把我們的護照拿去影印,沒還我們,因為一直要我們看跟填寫一些資料,自己也沒注意,在離開30分鐘後自己發現後又返回去拿,然後服務我們的人下班去了,又耽擱了很久才拿回護照,真的是夠了,不要以為日本公司就一定服務好、專業,要租車的人可以看看別家,多比較。

Worst experience ever. I waited over an hour for them to send someone to the kiosk, and that's after numerous calls to their contact center. I'm probably still waiting here while you're reading this.
