金	金城清敏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業所は、さくらの山から徒歩圏内にありますが、空港からは遠いです。送迎ももちろんありますが、車で15分くらいかかります。空港の第1、第2ターミナルにも受け付けカウンターがあり、こちらでも予約可能です。空港のカウンターで予約すれば、そのまま空港内の駐車場でレンタカーを引き取れるので、飛行機の撮影等、時間を有効に使いたい方は、そちらがオススメかもしれません。ただし、返却は空港の駐車場ではなく、こちらの営業所に返却となります。因みに、車種にもよると思いますが、レンタカーのナビが、細かい場所まで表示されず、目的地周辺の公共施設や、別の地域の同じ地名が表示されるので、遠距離には苦労します。 The office is within walking distance of Sakuranoyama, but far from the airport. Went to the desk in terminal 1, rented an ETC card and japan highway pass as well (look this pass up if you will drive a lot on expressways, very handy and cheaper). Greeted by a friendly lady at the desk that gave lots of information and "how to's" and even though it was pouring rain she closed the desk and walked with us to our car on the parking lot and set up the gps and guided us to the airport parking exit. Car was a nice clean mazda 3, etc card worked during entire trip. Very good experience, will choose orix again next time! one little point I might have: We used both google maps and the car gps with map codes. On some trips the car gps seemed to have a strange routing and an arrival time in 8h for just a 1h drive, google maps works just fine in Japan so we ended up just using our phone and the gps as a back-up... just a tip
L	Linh Luong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car in Yokohama and returned the car here. They gave me an old car, no back up camera, out of date GPS. When returning the car, the guy told me there is a dent on the pumper ( about 2cm), and the pumper came out (which is 0.5 cm gap). When i received the car, the other agent said minor scratch or dent could be ignored, and i believe i ignored those because i never had any problems like those before. He claimed that i got into an accident, which i never did. He wanted me to pay 20,000 yen. I spent almost and hour to argue with him that it cannot be the proofs for an accident. How can a small dent like that could make the pumper popped out? I had to call the insurance and told them it was a small dent and a tiny gap, which i believe from previous accident because there were many scratches on the tire rims, but the staff kept saying it was a big dent and the pumper almost came out. After an hour arguing, i had to give up because i didn't want to miss my flight. I believe the staff knew that too. I've been using Orix for a long time, and this has stopped me from using their service. If you are a tourist, stay away from Orix, spend a few extra bucks and Times will offer much newer and better car.
