★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super service. Der Shuttle Service vom Flughafen bis zur Vermietung und zurück funktioniert problemlos. Wir haben das Auto 2 Wochen gemietet, gut es war nicht das aktuellste Modell aber dafür sauber und im guten technischen Zustand. Ich werde gerne hier nochmals ein Auto mieten.
Super Service. The shuttle service from the airport to the rental and back works fine. We rented the car for 2 weeks, well it was not the latest model but it was clean and in good technical condition. I will gladly rent another car here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 軽で3日間¥7700(ニコレン会員の場合、無料で会員登録出来ます)のコースがあります。
空港までの送迎もあり、スタッフさんの対応もとても丁重なので気持ちよくドライブ出来ます。
車用の充電器は持っていった方がいいです。
There is a light 3 day course of ¥ 7700 (If you are a Nicolen member, you can register for free).
There is a transfer to the airport, and the staff is very courteous, so you can drive comfortably.
It is better to bring a car charger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was top notch BUT i got this clunker (2003 Honda Stepwgn) below in the photos in Dec2018. The rental income Niconico received during my 11day rental would cover the entire value of this old vehice. I was shocked at site but it was the only one with snow tyres at that time and everything was prepaid via Tocoo. I’d not recommend NicoNico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budget Rental Car, so car I got was not very new but still worked well for my trip, and of course cheaper price than other rental car shop in Narita Airport.
Kind of far from Narita airport, but they provided free shuttle bus (kind of helpful to visitor that has big luggage).
Shop manager is nice and not bad English.
To people that don,t care about car type or newness and try to save more, this shop is a not bad choice.
If not, I guess Toyota or Nippon rental car may be better.
