Perfect support for foreign visitors even by mail. You should call them to get the pick up but I was able to talk to them by mail (if your japanese SIM card does not provide call service) and they answered in a few minutes. Once I got there staff told me driving basis in Japan. Great people.

We hired a small car for a family of 4 (2 adults and two children under 4 years). The car was clean and great on fuel, could fit both babybseats, double stroller, 1 big bag (soft not a suitcase) 2 large back packs and both kids back packs. Everything worked perfectly and also came with built in GPS which was easy enough to use. The staff were fantastic! Warm and friendly, helpful and spoke English. Our experience with budget in narita was great!

Good car rental service. The car was clean properly before it was pass to another renter. Only the GPS system were a bit confusing when we used as we selected route that not uses tol but it sometime give voice directions about the tol when nearer to the junction as if leading us to still use the tol road. We were a few hours late sending the car due to the traffic but managed to arrive before they close. They did not charge us any extras for the delay few hours and were very understanding that we were stuck in the traffic.

I will give a zero if I can. I damaged the car (a scratch on the back of the side mirror that you can't even feel it) and did everything they told me. I was told that since it's a small damage it shouldn't be much to pay. When I return the car I was charged 70000 yen (a third of they car costs). They showed me what you pay with different insurance add-ons (the worst is that there's nothing like the one they tried to sell me when I picked up the car). They claimed if I don't have insurance I will have to pay 120000yen. Apparently it doesn't matter the extent of the accident (there's only 2 type: either you can return the car or not). I have insurance that covers the excess and I wonder how much I still have to pay if I opted for the 700yen per day add-on (which didn't exist in the document they showed me). I know I am liable for damages but this is simply unreasonable. I'm only supposed to be paying for the damage I caused (it will cost less than 70000 yen to replace the whole side mirror).

The only issue with this budget service is that Budge Rental Car service in Narita or Haneda does not allow returning a vehicle outside of their operating hours. So if your flight is early they will not accommodate an early return. Not very flexible.

Great service and staff, got the exact model I ordered (Subaru XV) and they even loaded our suitcases in while sorting the paperwork. GPS wasn’t the best so buy a prepaid 4G sim from the airport and use google maps on your phone which is much better. Be aware tolls through Tokyo are massive- cost £40 each way to get to our hotel near Mount Fuji. Also can’t speak japanese but this wasn’t a problem. Definitely recommend this place.

Be prepared to have coins for public pay phone to call. Pick up service available within 15 minutes. Friendly staff such as Donna are English-Japanese speaking. Restrooms are temporary. Value for money after all.
