★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の返却時に満タン返しをするように言われていますが、渡されるクルマのガソリン量は満タンではありません。その旨を返却時にスタッフの方にお伝えしましたがなにも対応はしてもらえません。スタッフの方々の応対はとても親切ですがシステムに問題があります。自分の考える使用量で給油するのが自衛策になりそうです。

By that time, still not able to provide the car to us. Strongly suggest not use this company for car rental service.
