★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is usually where your trip ends. When you use the Narita Airport. Your rented car will return here where the car is being clear. The people here are very nice. They will help you transfer the luggages to the minibus and drop you off to the terminal. In fact, there are lots of car rental company situated here. So make sure you use the map code (MC) provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many strict regulations. I recommend using international rental companies such as Heartz, Alamo, Avis, Enterprises, Budget. Japanese rental car companies have so many regulations. It is much easier using international companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked online, turned up to collect car and told we were at wrong terminal! They were amazingly helpful however and organised the transfer bus for us anyway. Highly recommended and fantastic staff on pickup and drop off.

Japanese customer service trying hard to speak to English to improve my customer experience. Can’t ask for anymore, I’m very happy with the services and the quality of the cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed with them. After confirming my international drivers license was okay to use in the Kizu office I get told no after my 22 hours flight back to narita and end up having to quarantine in a hotel for 2 weeks. Thanks!
