★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性店員の態度が非常に悪かった。名札が見あたらなかったので名前が合ってるか分からないが、たしか山本という方。こちらが若年者だったからか高圧的ですごく気分が悪かった。大学生のアルバイトでももう少し考えて言葉は遣う。せっかくの楽しい旅行だったのに始まりから最悪の気分。もう二度と利用しない。
The attitude of the female clerk at the reception was very bad. I don't know if the name matches because I couldn't find the name tag, but I'm sure Yamamoto. Because this was a young person, I felt very sick because of the high pressure. Even a part-time job of a college student thinks a little more and uses words. Even though it was a fun trip, I felt the worst from the beginning. I will never use it again.

予約に手違いがあったのですが帰り際にわざと大きな音を立てられ、すみませんと言ったにもかかわらず無視、さすがに酷すぎるので口コミを見たら納得です。名札は見当たらなかったので名前はわかりませんが、最悪でした。楽しい旅行を最悪なものにしたい方にはオススメします。
This is the first time for a store with such a bad customer service attitude that the woman at the reception is too bad. surprised. I will never use it again.

You can drive from here to the nearby Kyoto Center. On the way back, you can drive from the Kyoto Center to the front of the station.

受付のスタッフ、車の案内をしてくれるスタッフはとても親切でした。

こちらは車がなく受付になります。専用車がすぐに京都センター営業所に連れて行ってくれます。
