一泊二日でレンタルしました。レンタル時の手続きの際に免許証を提出するのですが、まさかの店員が手続き終了後に免許証を返却し忘れる失態。
私もそれに気づかず、旅の途中でレンタカー屋から電話がかかってきて、レンタカーで2時間以上免許証不携帯で運転した事態に…幸い一緒に旅をしていた人間が免許を持っていたのですが、旅の全部を運転してもらうという申し訳ないハメに…。
無事一泊二日の旅を終えて帰還したのですが、『すいませんでしたぁ』の一言、添えて免許証を渡してきただけ。明らかにレンタカー屋の過失で、旅に支障が出たのだからもう少し違った謝罪の対応が出来なかったのだろうか…。

I didn't even notice it, and when I got a phone call from a car rental shop on the way of my trip and drove for more than 2 hours without a license in my rental car ... Fortunately, the person I was traveling with had a license. However, I am sorry to have you drive the whole trip ...
I returned home after a one-night, two-night trip, but I just handed me my license with the phrase "I'm sorry." Apparently the car rental shop's fault made it difficult to travel, so I wonder if I couldn't handle the apology a little differently ...
