女性一人なので中が覗きづらく敷居が高かったのですが、一回入ってしまえば店員さんも感じよく行きやすいお店です。
担々麺目当てで行ったのですが酸辣麺を一度食べてからはそればかり頼んでしまいます。酸っぱ辛さが私には丁度いいです。
細麺ストレートは好みではないのですがこちらのお店のはスープと合っていてとても美味しいです。
 I use it for lunch on weekdays.
Since there was only one woman, it was difficult to look inside and the threshold was high, but once you enter the shop, the clerk feels good and it is easy to go to.
I went for dandan noodles, but once I ate hot and sour soup, I ordered that much. Sour spiciness is just right for me.
I don't like the thin noodles straight, but this one goes well with the soup and is very delicious.

中辛を頼みましたが、他店の大辛なので
そこは注意したいところ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕食での訪問、人形町で坦々麺がわりと有名なお店。今日は酸辣麺を激辛でオーダー。土曜日には、120円で焼売2個と味付け卵を追加できる。5分ほどで着丼、色は真っ赤、厚切りのチャーシュー一枚入っており、スープが名前通り酸味が効いていて、程よい辛さとなっている。チャーシューが柔らかく、中々美味しい。美味しい一杯で、ご馳走さまでした。
Visited for dinner, a restaurant that is famous for its dandan noodles in Ningyocho. Today I ordered hot and sour soup noodles. On Saturdays, you can add 2 shumai and seasoned eggs for 120 yen. It takes about 5 minutes to put on a bowl, the color is bright red, and a thick slice of char siu is included. As the name suggests, the soup is sour and spicy. The char siu is soft and delicious. It was a delicious cup and it was a treat.

◆間取り…入って左に４人テーブル×2、２人テーブル×2、奥に3席+4席+2席のカウンター。その奥に厨房。アクリル板はあるが、席間は狭く密状態だったのが気になった。
◆運営…厨房に男性１人?+女性１人、接客に女性１人。BGMはTVのバラエティ番組。
◆料理…野菜は青梗菜+きざみネギのみで少なかったのが残念だったが、パイコーは薄いがカリッとしていて美味しかった。値段は少し高めかな。
I ordered Paiko Dandan noodles (normal spiciness, hard noodles) for 1080 yen.
◆ Floor plan: 4 people table x 2, 2 people table x 2 on the left, 3 seats + 4 seats + 2 seats counter in the back. There is a kitchen in the back. There is an acrylic board, but I was worried that the space between the seats was narrow and dense.
◆ Operation: 1 man in the kitchen + 1 woman, 1 woman in customer service. BGM is a variety show on TV.
◆ Cooking ... It was a pity that the vegetables were only bok choy + chopped green onions, but Paiko was thin but crispy and delicious. The price is a little high.

サラリとした清湯系のスープにパツパツの細麺ストレート。
中華の味わいでした。
セットのおつまみも美味しい。
事前に調べた時にはわからなかったのですが、麺類にはライスが付きます。
I had Tantan noodles in B set. The drink is lemon sour.
A smooth, fresh water-based soup and straight thin noodles.
It was a Chinese taste.
The snacks on the set are also delicious.
I didn't know when I checked it in advance, but the noodles come with rice.
