It's a rich soup, but I didn't get tired of eating it and could eat it to the end.
#Boiled egg is better.
Of particular note is the noodles.
It was delicious at #Kondo Seimen Bari in Kyoto.

店内細長く10席ほどでした。
食券買って座って待ってると美味しそうなラーメンが運ばれてきました。
スープ一口目は苦味を少し感じましたが煮干し系ってこういうものなのかな。
スタッフのお二人は非常に丁寧な接客されてました。
器の形状でスープは少なめに感じます。
ごちそうさまでした。
I visited for the first time.
The store was slender and had about 10 seats.
When I bought a meal ticket, sat down and waited, a delicious ramen was brought in.
The first bite of the soup felt a bit bitter, but I wonder if the sardines are like this.
The two staff members were very polite.
The shape of the bowl makes the soup feel less.

スープも今ひとつだし、スープ+麺の調和もしてない。
たまたま都合が悪い日に入店しただけかもしれないので、また来ます。
You can tell if you skip the preparation by eating.
The soup is not good enough, and the soup + noodles are not in harmony.
I may have just entered the store on an inconvenient day, so I will come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店近くを歩くと出しが香ってくるほどにアゴだしが立ってます。シンプルな顎だし中華そばと和風柚子塩麺を頂きました。個人的には柚子塩の方が魚の匂いがキツくなく気に入り、あっさりしたラーメンが食べたい時に良いです。トッピングのローストビーフ、厚切りの角煮風チャーシューの炙り共に柔らかく味も良いです。
When you walk near the store, you can see the chin soup stock so that the soup stock is fragrant. I had a simple soup stock Chinese noodles and Japanese-style yuzu salt noodles. Personally, I like Yuzu salt because it doesn't smell like fish, and it's good when you want to eat light ramen. Both the roast beef topping and the roasted thick-sliced kakuni-style char siu are soft and taste good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そばはあまり好きではなかったですが、ここの中華そばは抜群にうまい。まずスープがうまい。醤油ベースで魚介が凝縮されている。
チャーシューも香ばしい。
店内はカウンター席が7,8席、土曜日の15時くらいに行きましたが、私含め2名でした。緊急事態宣言の影響で足並みが少ないのもあるかも。
I didn't really like Chinese noodles, but the Chinese noodles here are outstandingly good. First of all, the soup is good. Condensed seafood based on soy sauce.
The char siu is also fragrant.
There were 7 or 8 counter seats in the store, and I went there around 15:00 on Saturday, but there were two people including myself. It may be that there are few steps due to the influence of the state of emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店構えかっこよく、店員さんも丁寧でした！あごだし中華そばを注文しましたが、好みが分かれると思います。煮干系は色々と食べてきましたが、個人的にこちらのはバランスが崩れており、煮干のエグミだけが表に出過ぎている印象を受けました。機会あれば他のメニューいただきたいです！
The store was cool and the clerk was polite! I ordered chin-dashi Chinese noodles, but I think they have different tastes. I've eaten a lot of sardines, but personally I got the impression that the sardines are out of balance and only the sardines are exposed. If you have a chance, I would like to have another menu!

写真はあごだしラーメンだがダシの味が強めでかなり苦さがある。
おすすめは匂いも良いゆず塩ラーメンです！！
There are chin dashi ramen and yuzu shio ramen.
The photo shows the chin-dashi ramen, but the taste of the dashi is strong and it is quite bitter.
We recommend Yuzu Shio Ramen, which has a nice scent! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022/4/6-日本橋を歩いていて偶然見つけました。自分は塩ラーメン好きなんですが中でも柚子塩ラーメンはもっとも好きなラーメン!!入らずにはいられず入店!!あごだし醤油も捨てがたいのですが…ここはやはりテッパンの和風柚子塩ラーメンを頂きました!!上品な仕上がりでとても満足いく一品♪輪切りにされたとうもろこしが斬新(^o^)
2022/4/6-I found it by chance while walking in Nihonbashi. I like salt ramen, but I like yuzu shio ramen the most !! I can't help but enter the store !! It's hard to throw away the chin dashi soy sauce ... I got it !! It's a very satisfying dish with an elegant finish ♪ The sliced corn is novel (^ o ^)
