★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日の12時10分に訪問したら満席。それでも45分ほどで1回転したので、待ち時間はそこまで感じませんでした。
注文は、えりと肝の串焼き、うな重と白焼き定食で、合計9,000円払ってお釣りがくる位です。
えりというのを初めて食べましたが、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
えり(頭)と書いてありましてが、頭感はそんなにありません。でも脂?がのっているような濃厚な美味しさでペロリといただきました。串焼きのせいか、胃もたれも全然起こりません。
肝は串焼きも美味しかったですが、定食に付いていた肝吸いが、とても好みの肝でした。さっぱりした中の濃厚な肝の味。鰻って本当に良いなとつくづく思います。
本丸の白焼き、うな重も大変美味しく、あっという間に食べてしまいました。うな重に関しては、人によってはご飯の量が多い場合もあるので、残しそうなら事前に少なめをオーダーしても良いかと思います。
オープンから2回転目に着席しましたが、最安値ラインのうな丼は売切れていました。うな丼目当てであれば、早めに来て並ぶと良いです。2回転目以降なら、開店後30分過ぎから並んで、潔くうな重、白焼きで贅沢するのが良いかと思います。
※夜の部は又勝手が違いそうですが
ただ、このお店のイチオシ・鰻の燻製は、夜の部のみよ提供で、食べることができませんでした。今度は鰻の燻製も食べてみたいです。おそらく平日の夜開店直後なら、座りやすく品切れもなさそうです。

The liver was delicious on skewers, but the liver sucking that came with the set meal was my favorite liver. Rich liver taste inside. I think that eel is really good.
Honmaru's white roast and unaju were very delicious, and I ate them in no time. Regarding unaju, depending on the person, the amount of rice may be large, so if you are going to leave it, you may order a smaller amount in advance.
We took a seat in the second turn from the opening, but the cheapest line Unadon was sold out. If you're looking for una bowl, it's a good idea to come early and line up After the second turn, I think it's better to line up 30 minutes after opening, and luxuriate with clean unaju and white baked.
※ The night section seems to be selfish again
However, the smoked recommended eel at this shop was offered only in the night section and could not be eaten. I want to eat smoked eel this time. Perhaps immediately after opening on a weekday night, it seems easy to sit down and not out of stock.

江戸前うなぎのふんわり焼きで美味しく頂きました。焼きは若いご主人で奥では大親方?がうなぎを捌いている姿が見れました。
次回は夜ご飯で行きたいと思います。

It was delicious with the fluffy grilled Edomae eel. Yaki is a young master and a big master in the back? I could see the eels being handled.

注文してから20分くらいでうな重(竹)到着。
ご飯はほろほろな感じで、量は少なめ。ザ、関東風なふわふわな感じ。肝吸と漬物がついております。
これで価格が3300円なので、コスパはいい感じ。食べたくなったら再訪します。
ちなみに現金しか使えません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular unagi eatery. Chef was friendly and generous, portion size was satisfactory, and most importantly, the quality of the food. The blend between the glaze sauce of their trademark unagi and the natural oily flavor of the unagi fish itself is of high standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grilled eel was delicious. But all the staff in the restaurant did not wear a mask during this covid-19 situation. That's everyone should do to keep people safe. Wearing a mask is a simple way to prevent people from infection. If they can't do that simple thing. I don't really trust this restaurant in hygiene perspective.
