Best Unagi restaurant in japan

X	Xoxoxo xoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日の12時10分に訪問したら満席。それでも45分ほどで1回転したので、待ち時間はそこまで感じませんでした。注文は、えりと肝の串焼き、うな重と白焼き定食で、合計9,000円払ってお釣りがくる位です。えりというのを初めて食べましたが、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。えり（頭）と書いてありましてが、頭感はそんなにありません。でも脂？がのっているような濃厚な美味しさでペロリといただきました。串焼きのせいか、胃もたれも全然起こりません。肝は串焼きも美味しかったですが、定食に付いていた肝吸いが、とても好みの肝でした。さっぱりした中の濃厚な肝の味。鰻って本当に良いなとつくづく思います。本丸の白焼き、うな重も大変美味しく、あっという間に食べてしまいました。うな重に関しては、人によってはご飯の量が多い場合もあるので、残しそうなら事前に少なめをオーダーしても良いかと思います。オープンから2回転目に着席しましたが、最安値ラインのうな丼は売切れていました。うな丼目当てであれば、早めに来て並ぶと良いです。2回転目以降なら、開店後30分過ぎから並んで、潔くうな重、白焼きで贅沢するのが良いかと思います。 ※夜の部は又勝手が違いそうですがただ、このお店のイチオシ・鰻の燻製は、夜の部のみよ提供で、食べることができませんでした。今度は鰻の燻製も食べてみたいです。おそらく平日の夜開店直後なら、座りやすく品切れもなさそうです。 If you visit at 12:10 on a holiday, it will be full. G	GRAYREBORN NHY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular unagi eatery. Chef was friendly and generous, portion size was satisfactory, and most importantly, the quality of the food. The blend between the glaze sauce of their trademark unagi and the natural oily flavor of the unagi fish itself is of high standard.

Wearing a mask is a simple way to prevent people from infection. If they can't do that simple thing. I don't really trust this restaurant in hygiene perspective.
