う	うずまきナルト on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1月26日の朝に伺いました。微熱＆咳＆鼻水で内科を受診しましたが、看護師さんも対応いただいた内科の先生もとても優しく、とても親身に接していただきました。中野総合病院ほど科はありませんが、混みすぎず良かったと思います。先生や看護師さんによって印象が違うかと思いますが、個人的にはとても当たりで、また何かあったらこちらにかかろうかと思います。 I called on the morning of January 26th. 小	小林英司 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当は星1つもつけたくないくらいに最悪な対応でした。前日に、他の病院で診察を受けて処方された薬を飲んでいましたが、薬が効いている間は36.1℃まで熱が下がり効果が無くなると、39.4℃まで熱が上がっていました。しかもこの状態が7〜8時間周期で起こるため、薬が切れる度に体がキツイ状態でした。藁にもすがる思いで、電話をしたのですが、私が初診と伝えると、男性のオペレーターが【当院の診察が初めて〜へへ〜】、【当院の診察が初めて〜へへ〜】と笑いながら受け答えしていました。初診であることがなぜそんなにも可笑しいのかさっぱりわかりませんが、対応できるかどうか確認すると保留になりました。 2、3分待たされた後の回答が、一度でも39度の発熱された人の診察は対応できないとのことでした。たった、それだけのことを確認するだけなのに、2、3分待たされた上に、蕎麦屋の出前的な対応はありえなかったです。こちらが辛い状況なのを、足元を見るように雑に扱う対応と、初診患者を差別しているところがかなりむかつきました。予約の電話をして、体調が悪い時にあの男性オペレーターに当たると余計に体調を悪くします。 Actually, it was the worst response that I didn't want to attach even one star. 松	松彩 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの初期に酷い咳で受診したのですが、隔離され(これには時期が時期だったので仕方ないし文句も無いのですが)、受付の傍に区切っただけのスペースで外からも丸見えなのに服を捲れと言われて不快でした。１ヶ月ずっと熱も測ってて37.5度以上出た事は無いと伝えたのですが何度も同じ事を聞かれ、熱が出たと言わせたいのか？と疑いました。その後PCRに誘導され説明を受けたのですが、説明の途中で酷く咳き込んでしまいその間「大丈夫ですか？」と声をかけるでも無く説明も止めず淡々と話し続ける看護師の方が印象的でした。その後PCRを受け陰性の連絡を診察した女性医師から受けたのですが、話した事と言えば陰性だった事と診察に来ますか？と言う内容だけだったのに(その時にはもう二度と行きたくないと思っていたので断りました)、数日後しっかり電話診療分の請求が届きびっくりしました。保健所からの直接連絡で良かったと思うんですが、他の病院でも同じ対応なのでしょうか。その後別の医療機関ですぐに血液検査等で喘息の診断を受け、薬を処方してもらいしんどい咳も治まったので変えて良かったです。 I had a terrible cough in the early days of Corona, but I was isolated (I can't help but complain because it was a time), and even though it was a space just separated by the reception desk, I could see it from the outside.
