D	Dra Hama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八王子に古くからあるラーメン屋さん「竹の家」に行ってきました。放射線通りにずっとあるお店で、八王子ラーメンではないけれど、八王子市民としては八王子のラーメンという印象があると思います。オートボイル式という聞きなれない作り方が看板に記載されています。お店に入ると食券を購入するのですが、食券はレジで店員さんから購入します。券売機があるわけでは無く、席に着こうとすると食券を購入してくださいと言われます。メニューは壁に記載されているのですが、なかなかゆっくり選べません。とりあえず「ラーメン」580円にしました。しばらく待って着丼。いたってシンプルなラーメンです。チャーシュー、海苔、メンマ、ネギ。でも安心する味です。中学生、高校生のころによく食べた記憶が蘇ります。すごくおいしいとかは無いんです。まぁ普通の味です。八王子市民に愛されているラーメン屋さんなのだと思います。ご馳走様でした。 I went to the old ramen shop "Take no Ie" in Hachioji. g	gak_k09 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ （2022/04/05）スキマ時間で遅めのランチ、マップで検索してヒットしたこちらのお店。古き良き佇まいで味わいがありますね。メニューは潔く、ラーメンのみで餃子などのサイドメニューはなし。他の方の投稿された写真でメンマラーメンがとてもそそられたので、オーダー。メンマで覆われた丼はなかなか壮観です。麺は硬めをチョイス、程よく縮れて食べやすいです。麺と具材はなかなかのレベルかと思いますが、スープにパンチがやや足りず、それが全体的な物足りなさに感じられました。昔ながらの醤油ラーメン、という感じでバランスよく美味しいと思いますが、もう少しガツン！とした“何か”が欲しいところ。コスパも少し悪い、、かな？総合的には【悪くはない】、でも再訪はしない感じ。 (2022/04/05) This shop was a hit after searching the map for a late lunch in the gap time.
