基本のラーメン醤油豚骨550円をオーダー。豚骨臭さがない豚骨ラーメンです。マー油が入っていて熊本ラーメンの系統かな?いい意味でクセがなく、主張も弱くなってますが、万人受けするようにまとめたのかな。豚骨のコクが薄めな印象です。

この店も繁盛店です もう何十年あるかな?それだけ 美味しいラーメン屋さん"と言う事でしょう 博多豚骨ラーメンですが、万人受け していて、全然豚骨の臭みは感じません スープを濃い目で注文しても 出て来たラーメンは、優しい丸みのある 豚骨とは思えない程マロヤカです 麺は柔らか目で注文しても 他店の硬めくらい?な感じです 写真は3番人気の青ネギラーメンです 細麺で直ぐに食べ切れてしまうので 最初から替玉50円の券を買って 半分食べる前辺りに注文が良いでしょう 店員さんもコスパも素晴らしいです 是非オススメします。

八王子駅近くで豚骨ラーメンを食べるなら、ここをお勧めします。コストパフォーマンスも高く、癖も無く何度食べても美味しいです。カエシの違いは個人の好みとして、トッピングの磯海苔はお勧めです。煮卵が何気にに美味しいです。味変のすりゴマもその場で擦れるので是非。

食べやすい、飲みやすい博多豚骨ラーメンです。 お昼時はだいたいお店の前に待機列があるので夜に行ってみました。 おすすめの表記があった磯のり豚骨醤油麺かため油こってりを注文。 スープが飲める、びっくりするくらい飲める。 磯海苔と千切りのきくらげ、麺がそれぞれ異なったコリコリの食感で楽しみました。 提供直前に盛り付けられるためにわさわさした磯海苔が徐々にスープに溶けて(沈んで?)いくのがなんだか面白かったです。 やはりおろしにんにくは良い文明。

八王子駅北口の階段を降り左に出て、西放射線通り(ユーロード)を進み、行列のできる「都まんじゅう」で有名な、つるや製菓を越えた通りで右に曲がり北上、そのまま駅前銀座通りを北上し、最初に左に入る路地の角にあります。 以前、ご紹介したふわふわたまごの担々麺の五十番さんの手前にあります。 入り口に若干の段差があり、椅子が備え付けのため、残念ながら、バリアフリーではありません。 メニューは、鶏ガラとんこつスープをベースに、醤油、塩、味噌のアレンジで、トッピングにより、様々なバリエーションがあります。 麺は細ストレート麺で、ゆで加減も選べ、具材はネギにキクラゲなど、卓上の薬味は紅しょうが、高菜、にんにく、すりごまなどと、博多とんこつスタイルです。 1番人気(は醤油、塩、味噌それぞれに、そう貼ってありますが)の味玉醤油豚骨ラーメンで670円(ただの醤油豚骨ラーメンは550円)、替え玉50円とリーズナブルなお店です。 (※あくまでも個人の感想です。)

Had their number 1 popularity bowl of shoyu tonkotsu ramen. In my opinion, the soup is actually fantastic. A nice semi creamy texture with a packed shoyu and pork bone flavour. Grind some sesame seeds in for a great nutty accent. Problem comes after sampling the soup. Personally, I think the choice of thin noodles is less complimentary for the amazing soup. The noodles are too thin and lack absorption which kills the flavour of the wonderful soup. Although they are meant to cling onto the extra surface areas, it is insufficient. Basically, the noodles aren't good enough for the soup. If they had better or more appropriate noodles with better absorption and body, I would have rated a 5. As it stands, the noodles kill what would have been an amazing bowl.
