★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幾分か前に友人と行きましたが 入店で周りの客が異物が来るような睨みつけるかの見てきて その時点でいずらさを感じましたけど 友人が『麺硬め出来ますか？』と尋ねたら【ウチは基本硬めなんで】ってこちらを見ないで塩対応 それ位はまあ愛想の少ない人もいるしね で理解しますけど周りの客がニヤニヤと気持ち悪い明らかに馬鹿にしてる顔で見てきて本当に気分が悪かった ラーメンの味は居心地の悪さからなのかどうかとくだん美味しい訳でもなく（コレで美味しかったら悔しいけど） どうやら後で知ったけど長浜ラーメンから常連を引き抜いて独立したとこみたいで あぁなる程って思いました 常連が我が物顔する最悪例のお店でした 今でも通り道なのであの時の事思い出して腹立ちますね。削除されたくないので丁寧に書いてますが掲示板とかなら汚い言葉と罵倒の連発で書きたいくらいです
いい評価してるのはどうせ常連の身内票でしょうねアテになりませんよこんなの

The regulars were the worst example of a shop that I couldn't find. I do not want to be deleted, so I wrote it carefully, but if it is a bulletin board, I want to write it with a series of dirty words and curse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長浜ラーメンでした。クセのあるトンコツは紅生姜と黒胡椒と出会うと劇的に美味しく、は持論です。スープも麺もチャーシューも美味しかったです。
常連さんとの話に夢中になってて、大きな声で喋りながら作るならオープンキッチンはやめて欲しい所。初見には居心地悪かったです。
It was Nagahama ramen. The addictive tonkotsu is dramatically delicious when you meet red ginger and black pepper, which is my theory. The soup, noodles and char siu were delicious.
If you're crazy about talking to regulars and want to make it while talking loudly, I'd like you to stop using the open kitchen. It was uncomfortable at first sight.
