LINEで免許証や領収書等の写真を送ってそのまま控えにしたり、仕事の昼休みにビデオ通話での重要事項説明や、契約時の提出書類には全て説明書きの付箋を付けて持ってきてくださり、初めてでも信じられないほどスムーズに問題なく、部屋を借りる事が出来ました。
私の年齢と近かったのでお話もしやすく、大変満足出来る物件を見つけることができました。
担当の池田さん、お世話になりました。
また機会がありましたら宜しくお願い致します。
I was looking for a room for the first time, and while I didn't have time for this reason, I was able to rent a room in two weeks from the first inquiry.
Please send photos such as driver's licenses and receipts on LINE and keep them as they are, explain important matters by video call during lunch break at work, and bring all the documents to be submitted at the time of contract with sticky notes with explanations. Even for the first time, I was able to rent a room incredibly smoothly and without any problems.
Since I was close to my age, it was easy to talk to me and I was able to find a property that I was very satisfied with.
