早く契約しないとすぐなくなりますよと言う言い方も「この物件を逃しても知りませんよ」と言った形で、僕が物件を落とす事よりも自分の業績がなくなるので対応してもらわないと困ると言った対応でした

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になる物件があり他の不動産に調べて頂いた結果、虚偽の釣り物件だと思いますと話してくださったのですが、信用しきれずこちらで調べて頂きましたが「すぐに内覧できます」と仰られましたが適当な理由を付けて内覧する事を拒否される結果となりました。釣り物件だと確信が持て更に最初に調べて頂いた不動産は信頼に値すると言う確証を得ることが出来ました。ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当の方が 1人で対応するには早いと思いました。不手際も多く不適切な発言もあり不愉快でした。新生活を気持ちよくスタートさせたかったのに 不安になる事ばかりで とても嫌な気持ちになりました。こちらは高い仲介手数料を払うわけですし 新生活のお手伝いをする重要な仕事だと思うので もっと丁寧な対応でなければならないと思います。

定期借家(二年で退去)を普通借家同様と契約させられました。 僕は 長く住める家を探していたのでこのことについては幾度と確認をしました。 それでも返事は二年 以上住めます。 というので とりあえず安心し 、当日、 この後まだ内覧の予定が数件入っているので 今じゃないと。と急かすように現金で支払いさせられました。後悔でしかなかったです
