★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この不動産屋の看板を見て2回電話した。最初、優しいお姉さん。次、キツイ感じの女性・・・欲しい情報は貰えたけど3回目の電話は掛ける気がしなくて、結局、JR須磨駅前の不動産屋に仲介してもらった。個人の感じ方かも知れんけど、金額に関係なく客商売やから丁寧な対応ができやんのは致命的かな？
