紳士じゃない。とにかく物件を借りてほしい。その為なら不利になる事は一切言わない。契約したらしたでじゃあ何か不都合起きても知りません。自己解決でみたいなスタンスです。自分も騙されて契約させられたと思ってます。言葉巧みなので皆さん騙されないようにしてください

結論から申し上げると、お勧めいたしません。
理由としましては、全体として契約後のアフターサービスが悪かったからです。
こちらの要望したことを確認しますとは口では言うものの、自身で確認の連絡をしなければ返事はいつまでたっても来ません。
腹立たしいのは、壊れているエレベーターを引越しまでには使えるように手配すると言っていたのにも関わらず、直ったかどうかも連絡なし。
引越し3日前に自分で確認したところ壊れていたまま。
お陰様で費用は高くつきそうです。
