★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸館が管理してる賃貸を契約していました。上の住人が大家族で曜日関係なく6時から走ったり壁を殴る蹴る音で満足に寝れず、苦情を入れた時めんどくさそうに対応されたり。テキトーな扱いを受けることがあります。
もうその賃貸は解約し、別に移りましたが賃貸館はオススメしません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いの友人が社長と言うことで、ここでお勧めの賃貸を借りていましたが、おすすめしません。
解約時修繕で、床、壁紙全面張り替えの費用請求されます。
五年で壁紙はほぼ償却されるはずなのに、永久に使える壁紙だといわれますよ。
借りたときからの剥がれも、そんなのわからないでしょと管理会社はヤクザみたいです。管理会社は一方的で話も聞きませんよ。
管理できていない物件だと思わずにいらませんし、なんせ関わる人たちが優しくないのでやめた方がいいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事の関係で神戸～明石あちこちで不動産業者さんと話させてもらいますが、垂水の賃貸館さんは信頼できる印象です。
垂水は物件と不動産会社が多い激戦区で、しかも同じ垂水区の中でも場所によってカラーがかなり違います。知識なしに物件を決めてしまうとあとでビックリすることもあると思うのですが、賃貸館のスタッフの方は、地図を見ただけでは分からないことまで教えてくださるので本当に助かります。
どんな物件でも黙って契約してしまえば売り上げになるかもしれないのに、物件の欠点や問題点もちゃんと教えてくれて、一緒に考えてくれます。金儲け主義の会社じゃない感じがします?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居後の対応最悪です。マンションの共有部分でプールをしたりたばこをポイ捨てベランダにポイ捨てられたりゴミ捨てられたりチラシをバラら巻かれたり相談しても、ウチが悪いんですか？と言われ怒鳴られなました。悲しくなりました。入居前の説明も不十分でした?オススメしません
