★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この不動産会社が扱っている物件について数名の営業マンとやり取りしました。
ここの営業マンは客の立場や希望など一切考慮してくれません。
話を進めても自分たちの都合の良くなるような話ばかりを客に押しつけてきて、こちらの要望は全く聞き入れる気はありません。
話を進めていくにあたって、後から次々と客にとって不利な条件を後出しじゃんけんのように出してきます。
そのため、いちいち客側も手間がかかります。
カンタンに言えば、客を全く大切にしておらず、客に対して敵対意識すら感じました。
いかに自分たちの都合の良い条件を客に押しつけるかということに終始しているため、営業マンと話をするたびにうんざりします。
この不動産会社が扱っている物件はもう関わりたくありません。
非常に不愉快でした。

The sales staff here does not consider the customer's position or wishes at all.
Even if we proceed with the story, we are pushing only stories that will be convenient for us to our customers, and we are not willing to listen to this request at all.
As we proceed with the story, we will come up with conditions that are disadvantageous to customers one after another like rock-paper-scissors.
Therefore, it takes time and effort on the customer side.
To put it simply, I didn't care for the customers at all, and I even felt hostile towards them.
Every time I talk to a sales person, I get tired of it because I am always trying to impose the conditions that are convenient for me on the customers.
I don't want to get involved with the property that this real estate company deals with anymore.
It was very unpleasant.
