r	ryounosinn - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての方もそうじゃない方にもおすすめです。個人的には初めての引っ越しの方には【特に】おすすめしたいです。私は何度か引っ越しをしていますので当初WEBにて自分であちこち見てまわってましたがRakurasuさんのみしか取り扱いが無かった物件があったのでそこからの始まりでした。そこから電話にて問い合わせし、そのまま来店の予約を行いお店に行くと腰を据えてかなり親身に聞いて頂けました。かなり親身に聞いてくれますので他の方も書いてますが良い物件の提案がかなり多く良すぎて迷ったりするかもしれませんがそこはフットワークも軽く内見などもピックアップ後に即調整してくれます。初めての方へよりおすすめしたい理由は【契約後】の連絡にもあります。初めてだと契約後も割と不安だと思います。レスポンスはもとよりあらゆる可能性、最速であれば何日、遅くても何日、などの契約後のアフターも素晴らしく提示された可能性の期間内であったとしてもLINEや電話にて何日になりそうですなどの細かい事前連絡がありました。私は割と無理を言いましたが何度も調整してもらいかなり良い物件に出会えました。色々な不動産屋さんへ連絡したり予約して行ったりしましたが不動産屋さん迷っているならRakurasuさんはかなりおすすめです。最後にこの場を借りてRakurasuさんへお礼言わせてもらいます。提案頂き契約を決めた物件は私の当初の希望物件以上の物件でした笑ありがとうございました。 Recommended for those who are new to us and those who are not.
