入り口で履き物を脱ぎ下駄箱に入れます。 床が冷たくて寒い外で冷えた体に冷たい追い討ちが凄い不快で、席にいても足元が冷たく寒くコートも脱げず長居など出来ませんでした… 寒がりには居心地が悪いです。

料理はおいしいです。でも運ばれてきた料理、ドリンクをいちいち手渡しされるので面倒。個室のため1段上がらないとテーブルに置けないため店員さんは料理を差し出してきます。勝手に置いてほしいのに、、、話が盛り上がってるとホントヤダ。

初来店でした。カウンター席の一番端っこに座ったのですが、厨房と卓の逆目?のところに、ネズミの糞が大量に落ちておりました。黒い卓上をよくよく見ると、そこにも少し。 ビルの中の飲食店ですし、ネズミもいるのが当たり前なのかもしれませんが、目に見えるところにってのはどうなんですかね? 食欲が失せて、たらふく飲むつもりだったんですが一杯で終わりました。あれみたら混入とかも心配ですしね。 もう行くことはないですね。

まぁ、、チェーン店なので、、キャッチが多い界隈の中では安全なお店。。 梅干しサワーはメニューにないが口頭注文で受けてくれる(´ー`) ただし炭酸に少し味がついているのでサワーじゃなく焼酎水割りに梅干しとオーダーする方が良いかも タッチパネル式になって少し不便になったかな

結構から言うと「今までで1番がっかりしました」 チェーン店なので安心していたのですが、 ・注文から30分何も来ない ・冷めている ・ポテトがスカスカ ・唐揚げも衣のみ ・お酒の味が変 等々、以前利用した時と全く印象が違いました。 コロナの影響で料理に使う物の質を下げたのかもしれませんがそれでもこの値段でこの質と考えるとぼったくりに感じます。 店員さんの態度は良く、安心して利用してただけ今回はショックでした。 次はもういかないです。

再度の緊急事態宣言が出された2021年 1月末に伺いました。 今回は飲食店が20時以降自粛するだけのユルユル宣言でしたので、ある程度の混雑は予想しておりました。 土曜の17時の予約を入れなて3階の個室を指定を致しました。いつもはガラガラの3階が次々に来る若者達で18時頃には全てが埋まったような賑やかさでした。 皆様19時ラストオーダーを御存知みたいで、個室に入るなりガンガン注文されていた様子です。 そんな忙しい時に男性の店員さんしか居ないみたいで、案内から配膳まで全てをワントップでこなしておりました。あまり見かけない感じの腰の低い方でしたので、急な緊急事態宣言にバイトの手配が間に合わずに店員さんか社員さんが対応されているかも知れませんね。 こちらのお店は、入口で靴を下駄箱に入れて上がるシステムですが、いつもでしたらトリモチでも塗ってあるのか?と思わせる程のベトベト感が売りの板廊下だったのですが、今回は一切それが感じられませんでした。 足を持って行かれる感じがせずに難なく歩けた事に感動致しました。店長さんか社員さんかは分かりませんが、きっとこの方が洗剤を使って念入りに油のベタベタ感を取られたのでしょう。 こちらは緊急事態に強いお店と言っても過言ではなく、平常時と変わらぬサービスと料理を提供して戴けます。毎日が緊急事態でも構わない程の安定感です。 そんな中一つだけ残念な事がありました。毎回楽しみにしている麻婆豆腐がサラサラ状態で出て来た事です。一切のトロミの無いスープのような感じでした。いつもなら花山椒の風味と痺れも楽しめるのですが、それも無くただ少し辛い湯豆腐でした。多分、ワントップの弊害から来たのでしょう。厨房も1人で切り盛りしているのだと思います。時短営業で黒字を出す為の最終手段なので責めるわけにはいきませんね。ひょっとしたらこの店員さんが厨房も担当していたら凄い事です。そんな事を考えながらピリ辛湯豆腐を完食しました。 月別サービス品のチーズタッカルビや誕生月サービス品の小皿セットやスイーツ1品も頂いて充実した時間を過ごす事が出来ました。来月も緊急事態宣言が続いていたら、また来たいと思います。 @こちらは以前の投稿です。 2020年7月初めに、3Fの個室を指定して伺いました。 2000円のプレミアム飲み放題なので、地酒が何種類か付いてお得なコースとなっております。 店内はタブレット注文なので、神経質な方は除菌剤持参か、出されたお手拭き等で拭かれてから使用されればと思います。 尚、お店の会員クーポンを利用すれば、月替りで1品サービスされるのでお得感があります。 テーブルには飛沫防止シールドは無かったです。お摘みが置けなくなり外してしまう為、私には必要無いので何の影響も無かったです。 以前行った「土風炉」さんには地酒の種類では断然に負けますが、お新香ぐらいしか無いお摘み部門では圧倒的な品数と美味しさでこちらが勝っておりました。 平時の時は日本酒は店員さんが直接注いでくれるのが1番とか生意気な事を言っていた私ですが、コロナ禍では徳利に入れられて渡される方式が適していると、安心感に浸っております。お会計時のお茶か味噌汁のサービスも心に染みて、ふる里に帰って来た気分を味わえました。 接客・料理は満点、地酒が平均点です。 唯一の不満が床にベトベト感があり少し不快な点ぐらいです。 下駄箱に靴を入れ、個室に行く時の板の間に少し感じられました。 3週間後に体調不良が無かったら、また訪れたいと思いました。 以上がコロナ禍での印象です。 少し遅れて10月末に同じコースで再訪問しましたが、床のベトベト感はいつも通りでしたが、入口で検温と手指消毒が徹底されておりました。 隣の個室がうるさくて不愉快でしたが、 安定した落ち着きと味は楽しめたので、今回も満足でした。

I think that the kitchen is also managed by one person. I can't blame it because it's the last resort to make a profit in a short-time business. It would be great if this clerk was also in charge of the kitchen. With that in mind, I ate the spicy yudofu. I was able to spend a fulfilling time with the monthly service product Cheese Dak-galbi, the birth month service product small plate set and one sweet. As it is a premium all-you-can-drink for 2000 yen, it is a great course with several kinds of local sake. Since the inside of the store is ordered as a tablet, if you are nervous, you should bring a disinfectant or wipe it with a hand wipe before using it.
