★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人の誕生日だったため、宝箱に入ったバースデープレートを用意していただきました。当日予約だったにもかかわらず、丁寧な対応ありがとうございました！店員さんもプーさんのぬいぐるみも可愛かったです♡チーズフォンデュも美味しかったです！ぜひまたきます。
 Since it was my friend's birthday, I asked him to prepare a birthday plate in a treasure chest. Thank you for your polite response even though it was a reservation on the day! Both the clerk and Pooh's stuffed animals were cute ♡ The cheese fondue was also delicious! I will definitely come again.

「席はこちらです。」と案内されたあと放置され、注文はスマホでQRコード読み取ってやれと言われテーブルでの説明なし。登録しているとコース料理なのに「チャージ料がかかります」と出てきても店員はバタバタと走り回っている状態。 サーブのタイミングも最悪で、主役の結婚祝いサプライズをしたかったのに、先に自分たちのデザートがサーブされ、全員「......」それまでが楽しかったのでネタにして笑ってたが、皆は内心「順番 逆じゃないの？」 デザートのアイスが溶け始めたので店員さんにこっそり確認しに行くと音楽が流れ「あ、今だと思います。」と 急いで席に戻ると「宝箱に入ったただのケーキ盛り」。 デザートのお皿は明らかにチーズフォンデュ用？の木のプレート。宝箱からは何故か水が滴り落ち服が濡れた。 同僚の結婚祝いをするために、宝箱デザートプレートにメッセージをお願いしてたはずだが、それもない。 何故こうなったのかと聞いても無言。
提供していないサービスを宣伝をしたり、許容範囲以上のお客様を入れるべきではないと思う。 大切な時間が台無しにされてしまった。

After being informed that "the seat is here", I was left unattended, and I was told to read the QR code on my smartphone to place an order, and there was no explanation at the table. Even though it is a course meal if you have registered, the clerk is running around flutteringly even if you get a "charge fee". The timing of the serve was also the worst, and I wanted to make a wedding gift surprise for the protagonist, but our dessert was served first, and everyone "..." It was fun until then, so I laughed as a story However, everyone was inwardly saying, "Isn't the order reversed?" The dessert ice cream began to melt, so when I went to check with the clerk secretly, the music played, "Oh, I think it's now." "Just a cake in a treasure chest". Is the dessert plate obviously for cheese fondue? Wooden plate. For some reason, water drips from the treasure chest and my clothes get wet. I should have asked for a message on the treasure chest dessert plate to celebrate my colleague's wedding, but that's not the case either. It is silent to ask why this happened.
I don't think you should promote services that you don't provide or include more customers than you can tolerate. Your precious time has been ruined.

チーズフォンデュ食べ放題を注文しました。
どのチーズも、どの具材もとても美味しく、お腹がパンパンになるまで食べてしまいました笑
店員さんも気さくな方ばかりで楽しく食事が出来ました。
個室なので落ち着いて過ごせました。
女子会にとてもおすすめな場所だと思います。
また来たいと思います！
The interior was very beautiful and the decoration was cute.
I ordered all-you-can-eat cheese fondue.
Every cheese and every ingredient was very delicious and I ate it until I was hungry lol
The clerk was also friendly and I enjoyed the meal.
It was a private room so I was able to spend my time calmly.
I think it is a very recommended place for girls-only gatherings.
I want to come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 森の中のレストランがイメージと言うだけあってとにかく可愛い。デザイナーズの少人数席もあり、おしゃれ感満載。個室・半個室あり、プライベート感を持って利用ももちろん可ですが、大人数でのパーティーにも使える感じです。女子会や合コンに特に向いてそう。子供さん連れも喜びそうです。
お料理はチーズをふんだんに使ったものが多く、これまた美味しかった！
お肉に蜂蜜が思った以上に美味しくて新しさを感じました。
サングリアはフルーツたっぷりで楽しい。
インスタ映え間違いなしのお店ですね！

Especially suitable for girls-only gatherings and joint parties. Children will be happy too.
Many of the dishes used plenty of cheese, which was also delicious!
The meat was more delicious than I expected and I felt it was new.
Sangria is full of fruit and fun.
It's definitely an Instagram-worthy shop!

事前にクチコミを読んで不安になっていたけど、サービス面で嫌な思いはしませんでした。オーダーがQRコードを読み込んでスマホからだったのですが、アンドロイドに対応していなかったのは困ったけど（なので★ひとつマイナスｗ）
お料理もドリンクも映える！
お料理は大体目の前で仕上げてくれます。
ボルケーノパスタは目の前でチーズと混ぜてくれるし、サラダやアイスもテーブルでチーズを削ってくれます。
サングリアもフルーツたっぷりで味も見た目もGOOD！
若い人が多いのも納得。
中央では飲み会を行っていたようだけど、最後に店長さん？がお礼の挨拶をされていてビックリ！コロナが落ち着いたら、飲み会でも利用してみたいです。

I was worried after reading the reviews in advance, but I didn't feel uncomfortable with the service. The order was from a smartphone by reading the QR code, but it was a problem that it was not compatible with android (so ★ one minus w)
Both food and drinks look great!
The food is usually finished right in front of you.
Volcano pasta mixes with cheese right in front of you, and salads and ice cream also shave cheese on the table.
The sangria is full of fruit and the taste and appearance are GOOD!
I understand that there are many young people.
It seems that there was a drinking party in the center, but at the end, the store manager? Was surprised to hear a thank-you greeting! When the corona calms down, I would like to use it at a drinking party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many complain about the service. I think the service was okay. It's just I asked my plates without meat, and they said they will make without meat, but eventually gave me both karaage and sausages :)
Cheese fondue is good. I liked the soy milk cheese fondue, honey butter and the one with red cheddar.
I also wanted to try their sweet fondue, but they don't serve it at the moment.
