荒	荒澤保男 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YモバイルSｰPlanで契約して5年。家庭内Wi-Fiは直ぐに接続するのに、勤め先Wi-Fiに接続できないので、問題解決のため訪問。さて、上記概要を伝えたところ、免許証かマイナンバーカードの提示を求められた。2021年7月で有効期間を過ぎた免許証を持っていたので提示したところ、有効な免許証の提示が無くては、応じられないとの回答。Compliance違反になるそう。免許証の顔写真と記載事項があれば既存契約者（客本人）であること確認できるのではと主張したところ、コンプライアンスなんで「ね」。私は外資系製薬会社に34年勤めたが、ビジネス・トークで、語尾に「ね」を用いたことはない。この会社の社員教育はどうなっているのだろう。新規顧客獲得を優先し、既存顧客（stake holder）を軽視するデポは不要では。今後は営業委託先ノジマに行くつもり、かかるお粗末な接客を受けたことが無いので。挙句に業務報告書として扱うのだろう、安っぽい用紙に訪問目的を記載するよう求められた。そんな時間は無い。 It has been 5 years since I signed a contract with Y Mobile S-Plan.
