知人にいろいろアドバイスもらい検討しなおしです。
 Despite making a reservation for a model change, the one who responded was a clerk who had no knowledge of the model to be purchased. I can't reply to what I want to hear. I gave up on that day.
I am going to reconsider the advice of my acquaintance.

ショップでも詐欺まがいなことがあるのですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相談で予約をし、来店しました。丁寧にご対応くださり、ありがとうございました。ドコモの対応はちゃんとされているなぁと思いました。(隣のソフトバンクはテレビでみる、ヤクザの様な、詐欺みたいな対応で、怖かったです。)ドコモは料金が少し高いですが、安心です。
I made a reservation by consultation and came to the store. Thank you for your polite response. I thought that DoCoMo's response was proper. (The Softbank next door was scary because it was a gangster-like, fraudulent response on TV.) DoCoMo is a little expensive, but it's safe.

わからないまま帰ってきました。

I came back without knowing.

以前にも、RAM 容量のことを"携帯の脳みその数と思ってください"という説明があったり、知らない人には良いですが、少し不正確な説明をする人が多いなという印象です。
It may be normal, but I was worried that I couldn't get an answer just by asking the specifications of the terminal in a little more detail, and that it was a strange customer attitude.
Earlier, there was an explanation that RAM capacity was "think of it as the number of mobile brains", and it is good for people who do not know it, but I have the impression that many people give a slightly inaccurate explanation.
