★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅前でもっと騒がしいかと思ったら、スタッフの方々も皆さんステキで、初めてでも抵抗なく始められました！機械も見たことがないものばかりですごいです。
If we thought that there was more noise at the station front, the staff members were all wonderful, and it was started without resistance even for the first time! It is amazing that only machines have never been seen.

ランニングマシン程度を期待していましたが、ケーブルマシンやダンベルが期待よりも使いやすかった。
本来は有料？のサーキットトレーニングのレッスンにスタッフさんにお声がけいただき、特別に参加させてもらい、1時間程度の運動が充実しました。
駅近くなので難しいですがサウナがあればなお良かったです。
I used it because I stayed at Tokyu REI Hotel the other day during my business trip.
We expected running machine, but cable machine and dumbbell were easier to use than expected.
Should I pay? The staff talked to the circuit training lessons of, and I participated specially, and the exercise for about 1 hour was enriched.
It is difficult because it is near the station, but it was even better if there was a sauna.
