The trainers always make sure you are using the machines correctly and they will help you out if you don’t know how to use them. Even though I don’t know any Japanese they are always taking their time with me and trying to help me out as much as they can. They will send people that speak English to help me out and make new friends. I never liked exercising but have learned to love it here in Japan. Thank you so much Curves and all the wonderful ladies that come here ?
