味噌は辛さの調整可能で、結構辛くなります。
塩はかなりさっぱりで、濃い味が好きな人にはパンチが足りないかも。
肉汁たっぷりのギョーザが好きd(*´ω｀*)
生ビールもグラス冷えていて、おいしいデス♪
こちらのお店がオープンしてから、並びのラーメン屋さんがガラガラになり。。。結果、閉店しました。
接客態度とかコメントありますが、ラーメン屋さんで求めてはいけませんw
何を食べてもハズレなく、飽きずに定期的に行くお店です。

スープはドロっとして濃厚？なのですが味のインパクトはなし。
他の方の口コミでも書かれているように、店員の接客と態度は良いとは言えません。中年店主のラーメン屋なんてこんなもんと割り切れば気になる程でもないかもしれませんが。

肝心な味だが、ごまの甘みとラー油の辛味が相まって美味しい。麺はやや細め、痺れるようなさんしょの辛味ではなく自分好み。次はつけ麺を食べてみたい。

控えめ・普通・辛め・激辛があり辛めにしました。スープはクセがなく好きな味。後日 、二郎系が気になり 銀二郎をチョイス こっちは太麺で食べ堪え抜群です。唐揚げの具は合うのか？微妙でした。

お店のイチオシは『濃厚鶏白湯そば』。
麺は中太ストレート麺。
鶏白湯スープは口当たりはトロッとしてるが、とてもさっぱり。
あご出汁(塩)もダシの風味がよく分かる繊細な味。
つけ麺(魚介)はパンチのある魚介スープでした。
つけ麺は中太平打ちのちぢれ麺。
鶏チャーシューだけじゃなく、鶏団子が入っているのが何だか嬉しい。
味玉はスープの邪魔をしないようにか、薄めの味付けでした。
女性一人でも入りやすい、オシャレな雰囲気のお店です。
