他の店舗のサイゼリアも行くけど、すごく混んでい時にグラタン以外はぬるくて美味しくなかった。ほうれん草ソテーなんか中心部が冷たく文句言おうと思ったが待たされるのが嫌で混ぜたらぬるく美味しくない。混んでる時は遅い、ぬるくまずいのでおすすめできません。
I also go to Saizeriya in other stores, but when it was very crowded, it wasn't delicious except for gratin. I thought I would complain about the spinach saute because it was cold in the center, but I didn't want to wait and it wasn't delicious when mixed. It is not recommended because it is slow and slimy when it is crowded.

立地もよく、いつ行っても賑わっています。ほかのサイゼリヤと比べてちょっと暗い雰囲気がちょっと気になります。

後から来た予約していない客を先に通したり、食器を下げなかったりとホールスタッフの対応に不満。料理はファミレスにしては凄く良いのにね。残念です。

席案内、恐らく自分らの都合でいつ行ってもまとめて客のいる所にわざわざ密集させて座らせる。手前とか奥はガラガラなのだが、店が混んでる感出さず回転をよくしたいのだろう、お構いなしに密集させて座らせる。 そういう顧客無視、効率、売上のみ重視なので衛生状態も当然疎か。アルコールは入り口に置いてあるだけ、トイレにないとは何事?トイレは従業員の利用直後だったが掃除も碌にしないし、溜まりまくってるゴミも回収してない。 雑居ビルなので避難口は一箇所、いつぞやの大阪の放火事件のような事が万が一起きればひとたまりもないだろう。 どなたかも指摘してたが、客層もよくない。近隣のやかましい中高生どもの溜まり場になってる事多くしかも、騒がしくしても碌に注意しない。 この店にしてこの客ありの典型。 まあ、嫌なら利用しなければいいだけ、ですね。

We had to order everything by writing some cryptic code on a order sheet, and the robot waitress has to remember which code corresponds which food item. Tabasco is replaced by very thin cheap chilli sauce. Could not order my favorite wine in a glass, only a whole bottle, normally this is possible. On top of all that the waitress was rude.
