(味の感想は★からです) 私は終わった。 これは何も形容的な表現でもなんでもなく、単純に私は終わったのだ。 場所は荏原中延。 多賀野さんでの食事を終え、大満足な私は二軒目のお店を探していた。 結果的に私は井田商店さんに伺うのだが、そこでの食事を終えた後、携帯を開くと、うんともすんとも言わない。 まさかの充電切れだ。 地図アプリの経路を頼りに、荏原中延にきた私は帰り方が全くわからなかったのだ。 もちろん私みたいなポンコツのベテランぐらいになるとモバイルバッテリーを携帯しているにも関わらず、Lightningケーブルは家に置いてきてしまっていた。 ただただ重いだけの荷物を担ぎ途方に暮れていた私だったが、結局交番で道を教えてもらったり、道路標識を頼りになんとか帰宅することに成功した。 私は終わった。 実際に私は終わっていたのだが、案外失敗というものは取り返せるものである。 失敗とは決して愚かな行為ではない。 本当に愚かなのは失敗から何も学ばないことだ。 それじゃあ一息ついたところで井田商店さんでの備忘録をどうぞ、ご覧あれ。 〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜 今回お店は【井田商店】さん。 荏原中延の二大ラーメンといっても良い人気店。 店内外の無骨な雰囲気は少し懐かしさを感じる。 最近のラーメン屋さんは無骨さは薄れ、女性でも通い易いような清潔感のあるお店が増えた。 私もどちらかと言えば、今時の綺麗なお店が好きだが、こういう無骨な店も捨てがたい。 訪問は13時過ぎ。 いつもは行列が目立つお店だが、今回は結構空いていてラッキー。 食券機はなく、注文制。 ラーメンの種類は一通り網羅されていて、何回でも通いたくなるお店だ。 ワンタン麺と悩んだが私は特醤油ラーメンをチョイス。 しばらくするとラーメンが着丼。 もの凄い醤油の香りが私の好みをビンビン刺激する。 よし、旨いなこれ。 確信をもって少しニヤついてしまった私はレンゲを手に持ち、スープを一口啜った。 〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜★ ★・特醤油ラーメン 950円 漆黒の醤油の黒にピンクのチャーシューが映える抜群のビジュアル。 久しぶりに見る濃い目の醤油のカラーが私の醤油好きの心を刺激する。 さぁ、早速スープを一口、、、 うっまい。旨い旨い。美味い。 醤油の香り、甘味、コクがグンと出たスープは圧巻。 ふわーっと広がる醤油感にいやらしさを感じない。 若干濃い味気味なので好みは分かれるだろうが、わたしには堪らない。めちゃ旨い。 これだけスープがしっかりしているので、もちろん麺との相性も抜群。それでいて茹で加減も固めで小麦感を感じられるのも好み。 もちろんただ濃いだけのスープではない。 濃い味の中でもしっかりとしたバランスでけっこうスルスル食べれてしまう。 そしてこれまた旨いのがチャーシューである。 ロースト系のチャーシューながらも恐ろしいほどの甘味があり、けっこう衝撃。 スープとの相性も良いが、若干味がくどく感じる人もいるだろうか。 だが、私はかなり好みだった。 チャーシューでいうならちとせさんが不動の一位だったが、それ次ぐほどの美味しさと衝撃。 これでビールとかいったら、、 と考えると恐ろしい。 余裕のある方は試して見てほしい。笑 本日二杯目とは思えないほどのペースで完食。 ちなみに僕以外の方は麺を中太ではなく、太麺で食べていました。 もしかしたら変更できるのかな? ちょっとその記述が無かったのでわかりませんが、今度いったら聞いてみようかな。 それではごちそう様でした。

背脂ラーメンも美味しいのだが、個人的には普通の醤油ラーメンが一番好きな店。さしずめオリジナルのブラックラーメンというところか、、真っ黒なスープはむしろあっさりしており非常に美味しい。チャーシューも絶品だ。
Backfat ramen is also delicious, but I personally like ordinary soy sauce ramen the most. Sashizume's original black ramen, the black soup is rather light and very delicious. The char siu is also excellent.

しばらくぶりの伊田商店さん。 特醤油大 玉ねぎトッピング! 麺、スープ、具材全てのバランスがいい 相変わらずのうまさ。 個人的には麺の小麦?のホコホコした美味さが脳みそにささってるんだとおもう。 なお特塩大 玉ねぎトッピングで頼んでたのに醤油できてしまったのはちと残念とおもいつつ・・・ まってる間にやっぱり醤油がよかったとか考えてたのと混雑してたのでそのまま醤油で食しました

荏原中延駅周辺の人気店「ラーメン 井田商店」さんです。 荏原中延駅を出て徒歩4分程の場所にお店はあります。 店内はカウンター席のみです。 食券制ではなく、注文は直接店主に伝えます。 初めての方は特醤油ラーメンがオススメみたいなのでそちらを注文。 味が濃そうな見た目のスープですが、結構あっさりとしていて、動物系と魚介系のバランスが良く美味しいです。 味玉もトロトロ、チャーシューも美味しいです。
It is a popular shop "Ramen Ida Shoten" around Ebara-Nakanobu Station. There is a shop about 4 minutes on foot from Ebara-Nakanobu Station. There are only counter seats in the store. The order is directly communicated to the shop owner, not a meal ticket system. For the first time, I recommend the special soy sauce ramen, so I ordered it. The soup looks like it has a strong taste, but it is fairly light and has a good balance of animal and fish and shellfish. The taste balls, torotoro, and char siu are also delicious.

Had char siew shoyu ramen (チャーシュー醤油面 and backfat shoyu ramen (背脂醤油面). The Char siew is very meaty with nice pockets of fat. I highly recommend getting the extra topping. (チャーシュー麺にする) Noodles are the yellow, eggy type. No hint of flour taste. Very supple. Menma (bamboo shoot) is on the softer side. Negi (scallion) and Nori (Seaweed) are so-so. Nothing to write home about. Haven't managed to eat the egg but it seems popular. What makes this shop special is definitely its soup. It's very neutral tasting, to the point where it feels like very lightly flavoured water. You have to add the garlic and maybe the pepper laid out on the counters to get the characteristic punch out of the ramen soup. I only wish I had found out before I had drunk most of the soup the first time around. You really need to play around with the flavours to get the most out of it. It has its own queue, but honestly it's eclipsed by the other shop down the road. The direction in which both shops take their shoyu ramen are quite different however. The way Ida shoten is setup with its rock star like decor and its focus on hearty, garlic flavour is very much like a less aggressive jiro-style, masculine ramen. The menu/etiquette of the shop is quite difficult to navigate because of the way everything is setup. In order to even get in you need to first get their attention then wait around outside until you're given the OK to come in. They have tiny menus laid on the table at alternate seats and special offerings stuck on the walls. This lead to an awkward situation where I had to glare at the menu from the next seat over and spook the guy seating at the seat who thought I was spying on his phone. I recommend this shop if you have a bit of experience with ramen shops. Not that the staff aren't nice (they really are!) but the pressure to not mess up is pretty intense.
