★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入り口からは想像のつかない、とても綺麗なモデルルームの一室にオフィスがあります。スタッフ全員がとてもフレンドリーで、全力で仕事に取り組んでいて、とても第一印象が良かったのを覚えています。ただの部屋探しではなく、しっかりとお客さんの生活スタイルや進路・進学に関する事までしっかりと網羅した上で、その人に合うお部屋を探してくれる、ある種のパーソナル賃貸屋だなぁと思います(^^)！

娘が横浜で働くことになり、一人暮らしをする物件を某物件紹介サイトで見つけた際に、その物件を提供していたのがレジデンシャルリースさんだったので連絡し、訪問しました。
残念ながら、その物件は既に他に決まっていて無くなっていましたが。。。
お店の場所は少し分かりにくいので、やはり看板は出した方がいいかな。中はとても綺麗です。
不動産紹介屋さんというのは一般的にあまり良いイメージを抱かれないのですが、ここは今までのそんなイメージを180度変えるほど、フレンドリーで親身になって探してくれる会社です。事務的に物件紹介し内見するのではなく、LINEでの問い合わせには遅い時間まで対応してくれたり、
遠方から内見に来ているこちらの状況も察して頂き、こちらが「今から大丈夫なの？」という時間に内見対応頂いたりで助かりました。最終的に二つの物件で悩みましたが「女性目線で見るとどちらが良い？」というような質問にも本音で答えてくれる良い方であり、それがこの会社の方針でもあるのでしょう。一生懸命やっておられるようなので、もちっと給料上げてあげてもいいんじゃないかな（笑）
