「ただ今、大変電話が混み合ってます。」
とメッセージ。繋がらない。
繋がっても、対応が酷い。
専用の24時間連絡窓口もあるとの事だったが、こちらも同じくかからず。
修繕が必要な箇所があっても対応してくれず、結局直接大家さんに相談することに。
大家さんからも評判が悪いし、いいところなし。
名前だけ度々変えているようですが、
少しは顧客のフォロー体制を見直して欲しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築数十年のボロ部屋が壊れ早急な修理が必要で連絡したら予算を安くしたいと何度も見つもりをリフォーム会社に依頼して２週間以上放置された
法律をチラつかせて勝手に修理して修繕費請求するぞと通告してようやく重い腰を上げてリフォーム会社が来た
別件で仕事中や出先で急に大家が伺うと連絡が来たりするので流石に今は仕事中で無理と言ったこともあったせめて１日前とかに連絡していただきたい
もしこの会社の部屋を借りることがあったら今法律はだいぶこちら側に有利になってきたのである程度調べたほうがいいですよ？

他の人うるさくてもこっちにしか注意しないです。外国の方だと言葉遣い対応悪すぎてビックリしました上から目線な感じで対応されました
契約の頃違う不動産でしたから比べますとレベルの違さ分かりやすいです、今まで一番最悪の経験でした

物件は違う不動産屋で紹介して頂き、契約はこちらの会社で契約しました。
まず清掃がいきとどっていない事でやり直しをしてもらいました。こちらが言った箇所の半分も出来ていませんでした。対応も悪くて遅い。おまけに使ってる清掃業者(お掃除隊)と両方レベルの低い仕事しかできない会社です。こちらで契約する場合は気をつけた方がいいと思います。
もっと良心的で対応の良い会社で契約することをオススメします。
二度と取引、契約したくないと思いました。
