★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そんなに酷いかなw ６年前に買った中古冷蔵庫まだ動いてるし、テーブル買った時そこで以前買った小さいテーブル無料で引き取ってくれたし。他にもあれば持って行きますよーって言ってくれたし。普通だけどね。中古屋さんに変に接客力を求めないからよっぽどな態度じゃなけりゃ気にしないけど、買取は違うのかもね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、不要になった扇風機とデスクチェアの買い取りをお願いしましたが、引き取りに扇風機(500円)、デスクチェア(1500円)かかると言われました。
粗大ごみでも扇風機(200円)、デスクチェア(200円)なのに、
どのような料金体系になっているのか、疑問を持ちました。
また、何よりも接客の態度が不愉快でした。
「こんな古いの買うか普通？」と威圧的に言われました。
こちらとしては、不要になったものをリサイクルショップに出していますが、もう少し言い方があるのではと思います。
ちなみに近くのリサイクルショップ(ワットマン様)では、
無料で引き取りして頂けました。
そちらの店舗は空調も効いており、店員さんも丁寧に接客して頂けました。
次回以降はそちらの店舗を利用させて頂きます。

連れとダイニングテーブルを選んでたら店長らしき人が「これが昨年製造されたフランフランだから買い」といきなり言ってきたんですが、こちらはそれで選んでない！
それは買い取りする業者の判断基準であって、こちらの家の内装を知らないんだから黙ってればいいのにと思いました。
単なる好意なのか利幅が大きい在庫を売り抜きたかったのかは知りません。
