み	みやこうさぎ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外観は和モダンな旅館のような佇まいです。お店に入ると、中は靴を脱いであがる古民家の雰囲気です。仕切りの建具が外された畳の和室が２つ並んでいて、広々とした雰囲気です。それぞれの和室には２つずつテーブルが置かれています。手前の和室は掘りごたつで、奥は畳の席でした。その他、カウンター席も少しだけありました。金曜日の夜に訪問しましたが、店内はほどほどの混み具合で穴場店の雰囲気でした。駅から近く便利な立地ですが、繁華街ではないからかもしれません。またお店の広々とした感じで、他のお客さんがあまり気にならないというのもありました。メニューは和食系を中心に素材にこだわったものや、少し創作風のものもありました。そして驚いたことに美味しそうだなと思っていた「かんぱち南蛮漬」が突き出しとして出てきました。期待通りの突き出しの美味しさから始まり、どれもとても満足感の高い味でお酒が進みました。日本酒も数種類の銘柄が用意されていてよかったです。こちらの創作風のメニューは「鮪の角煮」であったり「エリンギのフライ」であったり、知っている味がいつもと違う素材で作られているのですが、その組み合わせ絶対美味しいやろ！と楽しく食欲がそそられます。また、「あん肝ポン酢」や「金華きずし」、「加茂ナス田楽」など定番のメニューも、良い素材で丁寧に作りこまれていて美味しかったです。 The exterior looks like a Japanese modern inn. There were menus that were particular about ingredients, mainly Japanese food, and some creative ones. Surprisingly, “Kanpachi Nanbanzuke”, which seemed to be delicious, came out as a protrusion. The liquor progressed with a very satisfying taste, starting with the delicious taste that sticked out as expected. It was good that several kinds of sake were prepared. This creative-style menu is “Akatsuki no Kuni boiled” or “Eringi fried”, which is made with a different material than usual, but the combination is absolutely delicious! And appetite is fun. In addition, classic menus such as “An liver ponzu”, “Kinka kizushi”, “Kamo eggplant Tara” were carefully made with good ingredients and were delicious.
