S	Scott E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and went to great efforts to make sure we knew what each dish was, etc. Be aware, they may be listed on OpenTable and all that, but you dont' seem to be able to book via those things. It told us that the restaurant was booked solid, but I asked my hotel front desk to book for us - not a problem, booking for two at 7:30pm.

The chef was incredibly friendly and went to great lengths to explain every single ingredient in every dish. Outstanding meal. Thank you very much for this experience. P.s we were a bit worried when we booked it because another person had posted a negative review saying that the staff were laughing at them and weren't friendly but that was exactly the opposite experience for us. The entire point is that the chef will interact with you and the rest of the guests and will have a good time,so if people are laughing it's not because they're laughing at you,they are just having a good time. Relax amd enjoy the ride! Also,you can book via opentable ?

The chef spend time explaining where each ingredient of the dish came from and even drawing the cooking process on a sheet on paper when needed! Everyone was really passionate and genuine which made our experience very special. The food is unexpected and a real discovery - a big thank you from all of us!

We could have ordered steak in addition, but this was perfect. The chefs were super nice and the food was gorgeously presented and very delicious. The chefs explained the ingredients of every dish. A very nice Kaiseki restaurant!

A lot of the food were beautifully presented and the taste combination was complex. The head chef spoke English and could explain the dishes in detail which was an experience by itself. Some of the ingredients used were really unique, like sesame tofu and the chef explained how it was made. It is a true Japanese style degustation seasonal meal.
