三条京阪の老舗江戸前寿司「江戸京」の25周年セットがコスパ良し。 25周年を記念して平日17時〜18時(週末は1時間早い)来店の方限定の「25周年早得セット」をやられているのを発見!!その日に予約して後日行くことにー!! 20人くらい座れるカウンター席はまさに圧巻です。 高級感はんぱねー!!ピリッと気が引き締まりながらもニヤニヤと顔がほころんでしまいます。 お寿司屋さんにはそんな不思議な魅力があると思います。 大将は高級ホテルの中のお寿司屋さんなどを渡り歩き修行された方で、熟練の技を目の前でみれるライブ感はたまりません!! 25周年を記念した早得セット! お寿司7貫と巻物にビールかお椀のどちらかが選べます! 僕はもちろんビールをチョイス! 写真の並びの順番にマグロ・ひらめ・サバ・玉子 穴子・イクラ・富山のしろえび・北海道のほっき貝・干瓢巻き 1貫ずつ出てくるスタイルではないですが、そこはやはり職人の技術。 シャリは程よくほぐれてネタとのバランスもいい感じ。 江戸前の甘めの玉子 産地は忘れたけど国産のマグロはヘタなトロよりも甘い ほっき貝は炙ってていい香り、レモンでさっぱり仕上げてます そして一番は富山の白えび! 透き通った白とほんのりピンクの桜でんぶが鮮やかです。 そしてプリッとした食感の後のとろりと口いっぱいに広がる海老の甘さ。 桜でんぶがその甘さを引き立てます。 いい仕事してますー!!
The 25th anniversary set of Sanjo Keihan's long-established Edomae sushi "Edomae" is good for cospa. My face is fluttering with a grin while my mind is tightened. I think sushi restaurants have such a mysterious charm. The general is a person who has been trained by walking around sushi restaurants in luxury hotels, and the live feeling of seeing his skill in front of him is irresistible! !! Early bird set to commemorate the 25th anniversary! You can choose either beer or bowl for 7 pieces of sushi and scrolls! Of course I choose beer! Tuna, flounder, mackerel, egg in the order of the photos Conger eel, salmon roe, Toyama white shrimp, Hokkaido surf clam, dried gourd roll It's not a style that comes out one by one, but it's still a craftsman's skill. The sushi rice is loosened and the balance with the ingredients is good. Sweet egg in front of Edomae I forgot the place of origin, but domestic tuna is sweeter than the sloppy Toro The surf clam has a nice roasted scent and is refreshingly finished with lemon. And the first is Toyama's white shrimp! The clear white and slightly pink cherry blossoms are vivid. And the sweetness of the shrimp that spreads in the mouth after a crispy texture. This was the best sushi experience we had in Japan. The hostess and chef were so welcoming and took the time to explain each dish. The food was beyond amazing and the all around experience was unforgettable. Thank you for such a great experience!

Excellent sushi. Excellent service. Reservations may be required for the chef’s tasting menu option, but on a weekday night we stopped in and were able to order individual items from the English menu without a reservation.

Best sushi restaurant I had in Japan! Though the restaurant only ran by the chef and a waitress, the services is very attentive and they do interact with their customers. They even do prepare English explanation of each dishes, that's so impressive. The recommend ation of sake by the waitress is very good
