★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝6時30分開店！麺はちょっと太麺、短い用な❗それでも出汁と絡みあって旨い‼️亭主は口数は少ないが愛想がイィ店！トラックの方は横のファミリーマートに、フルトレなら道路と平行にセミトレなら十分駐車出来ます❗

中華そば の表記が大きく 少し近くをウロウロしました。
中華そばの下に うどん…控えめに
昭和&地元感がたまらない。
麺 短めでコシが有る
出汁 結構濃いめ 美味しい
初めて食べるタイプのうどんです。
ご馳走さまでした。

うどん屋さんですが中華そばを頂きました
トロトロの牛すじがのったしっかりとした中華そば、一度食べてみてください。
うまいです。
もちろんうどんも。
スープはうどんと中華そば味が違います。
2つ頼んで食べ比べが至高です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛すじうどんを頂きました、麺は自家製麺なのか太さもバラバラで、縮れ麺？うどんにしては珍しいですかねー、しかしこの麺が秀逸で、牛すじの出汁に絡み、また絶妙のコシで、ものすごく美味しい！かなりおすすめです！
I got beef tendon udon, is the noodles homemade or the thickness is different, is it curly noodles? It's rare for udon noodles, but this noodle is excellent, it's entwined with the soup stock of beef tendon, and it's exquisitely chewy, so it's really delicious! I highly recommend it!

特筆すべきは手打ち手切りのうどん！
麺の太さが不揃いで、たまーにほっそいうどんが出てくるとかわいっ♪てなります（笑）
逆に麺切れてませんやんていうくっついたのとかもあって食べてて楽しいです
麺は切った後すこし握ってちぢれを作っているのか、短めでちぢれています
しっかりとコシがある麺が特に美味しいので、ひたすら食べちゃいます
牛すじうどんが人気のお店なのかして、外のメニューの一番上に牛すじがあったので牛すじうどん中(2玉)をいただきました
牛すじもしっかりと煮込まれていてトロトロです
臭みやアクが無いので丁寧な下処理がされているのが伺えます
この手間隙かけた美味しい牛すじうどんが480円なのはかなりお値打ちじゃないでしょうか
出汁はとても優しい味に仕上がっているので、最後まで飲み干しちゃう美味しさでした
いやー、美味しかった
また寄りたいと思います

ほぼ常連の方がいらしてる感じなのでしょうか？お店の方と一部のお客さんが賑やかに話しております。
感染対策はされているので、その店は気になりませんでしたが...
さて、今回初めての訪問でしたので、地元の方に人気の『とり天うどん』と観光客の方に人気だという『牛スジうどん』を注文。
...舐めてました。ごめんなさい。
激旨い!衝撃的なほど旨い!...とり天うどんが!
濃口醤油ベースの出汁とさっぱりとしたとり天が絶妙。麺も腰のある麺でツルンとした喉ごし。
牛スジうどんはしっかり煮込まれた牛スジを活かすためか、薄口醤油ベースの出汁。
どちらも甲乙つけがたい美味しさでした。
また是非訪れたいお店です。

The soy sauce-based soup stock and the refreshing toriten are exquisite. The noodles are also chewy and smooth.
Beef tendon udon is a soy sauce-based soup stock, probably to make the best use of the stewed beef tendon.
Both were delicious and hard to put on.
This is a shop you definitely want to visit.
