s	sakura oceanview on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大昔の林ホルモンとは全く違います。当時は当時で、ホルモン屋としては珍しくて良かったのですが、随分前に大リニューアルして焼肉屋として生まれ変わりました。そのときも美味しいとは思っていました。なので、今回久しぶりに行ってみたのですが、また内装が新しくなっているような気がしました。肉はといえば、量が半端なく値段も安いのでダブルでお得です。味の方は、パッとしない部位も有ったのは否めませんが、驚くほど美味しかった部位が沢山ありました。上ミノ=メチャうま、焼センマイ=バリうま、シンゾウ=超うま、大腸=激うま、上ハラミ=鬼うま、豚バラ=神うまでした。大女将のような方の笑顔は美しい心が染み出しているようで大変好感が持てました。 ☆☆☆☆☆ 2019.12.14 追記 ☆☆☆☆ 今日は、上ハラミが特に美味かった！　日によって個体差があるようだが、塩辛い部位が有るのには困ったものだ！ It is completely different from the old forest hormone. H	HIDE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 林ホルモンさん、丸亀にきたら交通の行き来でかなり目につくお店。安い！うまい！とあるので〜地元の方に連れて行ってもらいました。まあ、大正解！上ミノ、上ハラミとか絶対食べるべきお肉がリーズナブル？！というかありえないレベルで出てきます。丸亀でホルモン？ってなるけど、せっかく丸亀きたらローカルフード？ローカルスタイルで夕食はいかが？！個人的に一番好きなのは上ハラミと小腸。絶品です。断然、次もお邪魔します！追伸大腸もかなりヤバめでした！ Hayashi Hormone, when you come to Marugame, it's a shop that is quite noticeable due to traffic. cheap! good! J	Julius Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ「林ホルモン」は「さぬき浜街道」を宇多津から丸亀方面に走り、「丸亀市港町」交差点を左折、少し進むと右手にあります。駐車場横に電光看板も立ってるので直ぐに分かると思います。駐車場も広く、駐車しやすいです。本日は14年振りの再訪です。店内に入ると、内装が随分とリニューアルしていて変わってました。綺麗になってます。サーモカメラも設置されており、アルコール消毒液もあり、コロナ対策もしっかり行われてます。また、カウンター席の一人用焼肉コーナーには先客が2人居て、焼いてる肉の良い匂いがしてきます。今回は「混合ホルモン」から始まり、「ホルモン小腸、大腸」、「ハラミ」、「ロース」等々、結構な量を頂きました。どれも肉が分厚くて美味しかったですが、ここの「タレ」が結構な濃口で、ホルモンや色んな肉に良く合います。なので、ビールも進み、結構な量を飲みました。個人的には「混合ホルモン」が安くてお勧めです。結局、たくさん飲んで食べて気付いてみると、2人で10,000円近くになってました(笑)。総じて店内も綺麗で店員さんの対応も良く、「ホルモン」やその他の肉も美味しかったので、また「ホルモン」、「焼肉」が食べたくなった時は利用したいと思います。 Here, "Hayashi Hormone" runs on "Sanukihamakaido" from Utazu toward Marugame, turn left at the "Minatomachi, Marugame City" intersection, and after a short walk, you will find it on your right. K	Kazuya Oboro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてお伺いしました。コロナ対策として、入り口にサーモカメラがありました。体温を測って、アルコール殺菌をして席に向かいました。ホルモン屋さんですが、店内はすごく綺麗でした。掃除をしっかりとされてる印象を受けました。まずは生ビール大? しっかりとグラスの手入れをされているので、とても美味しかったです? タンは、塩では無くタレで頼みましたが、肉厚で美味しかったです。シマチョウは、クセがなく上品な味でした。上ミノは、塩で頂きました。こちらも、コリコリした食感で美味しかったです。上ハラミ、柔らかくてジューシー。どれも美味しく頂きました‼️ なので、生ビールも大を2杯、お代わりしました?? 料金も凄くリーズナブル。また食べに行こうと思います?
