ひやひやを注文し、うどんを受け取り自分で冷えたつゆをかける。セルフスタイル。
残念なことにサイドメニューがほとんど売り切れてしまっており、１つだけチョイス。さて、うどんのお味は・・・これは、超さっぱり！
麺はモチモチ、柔らかすぎず固すぎず。出汁もイリコが効いてて飲み干せるほど。
これは至極の一品。

Order Hiyahiya, receive udon noodles, and sprinkle cold soup on your own. Self-style.
Unfortunately, the side menu is almost sold out, so I have only one choice. By the way, the taste of udon is ... this is super refreshing!
The noodles are chewy, not too soft and not too hard. The soup stock is so good that you can drink it.
This is the ultimate dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の人に聞いて一番名前が多かったので、数あるうどん屋さんの中で、ここに訪れました。
入ってすぐ注文して席に待ち、できたら店員さんが声をかけてくれて、取りに行きます。
そのあとはセルフですが、トッピングの天ぷらやネギ、生姜など自分で選んで入れるスタイルですね。
麺もちょうどいい柔らかさで、コシを求める人はちょっと物足らない感じです。出来たてを食べれるので、美味しいですね。
会計は自己申告で自分で注文した分をレジにて申告して会計するシステムです。
朝の10時くらいにいったら、待たなくてすぐに入れました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.4.10日曜日AM11:00に行きました。駐車場も停めやすく、大通りに面しているので入りやすいです。うどんは普通に美味しいです。香川の名店を巡りすぎて、分からなくなってきましたが、近くにあれば行くでしょう。私は冷しょうゆ小を頼み、360円でした。
2022.4.10 I went to Sunday at 11:00 AM. The parking lot is easy to park and it is easy to enter because it faces the main street. Udon is usually delicious. I've been to Kagawa's famous stores so much that I don't understand, but I'll go if it's nearby. I ordered a small cold soy sauce and it was 360 yen.

入店したら席つく前に注文聞かれます。
でも慌てずに。
半分まで食べて、かけ出汁をかけて味チェンしました。
細い麺だけど、しっかりしていて美味しかった。
I ate Kamatama.
When you enter the store, you will be asked to order before you sit down.
But don't panic.
I ate half of it, sprinkled it with soup stock, and tasted it.
It's thin noodles, but it was firm and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口入ってすぐにご主人にかけうどんを注文。（しばらく待って鉢に入ったうどんを受け取り、セルフで温めて出汁を入れます）
もちもち細麺にイリコの出汁がからんで最高でした。ちくわ天も美味しかったです。

The fluffy thin noodles were entwined with the soup stock of Iriko, which was the best. Chikuwa heaven was also delicious.
