★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日他の物件サイトにて良い物件があったため、空いているようであれば契約をしたいという内容で問い合わせさせて頂きました。
電話がかかってきていましたが、私の方が出れず、着信履歴と何故か他の物件を紹介するメールとが残っていました。
翌日の夜に折り返しの電話をしたところ、問い合わせした内容を明日の朝、再度管理会社に確認して連絡をくださるという約束でした。翌日、約束の時間になっても連絡は来ず、夜になり、また他の物件を紹介するメールのみ送られてきました。
問い合わせをした物件が空いているようだったら契約をしたいという旨を伝えているのにも関わらず、約束の時間になっても返答を頂けず、他の物件を紹介されても困ります。この時期でお忙しいのは分かるのですが、私も急ぎで物件を探していたため、時間は守っていただけると有難いです。

当方の希望に叶う物件をこまめに提案していただいたり、また物件によってはデメリットについても教えていただき、最終的に安心して暮らせる物件に辿り着きました。新生活はこれからですが、今から楽しみです。
当初、娘の部屋探しでお世話になる予定が、進学が決まった息子の部屋探しも急遽追加でお願いする形になりました(^^)
トレットさんを窓口一本にして進められて、効率的に契約までスムーズに出来たことは本当に良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited a few property agents before and some tend to be pushy as they're eager to make a sale which made me uncomfortable. I chanced upon Toretto and it was the best thing ever in my search of apartment-hunting in Tokyo. I visited on a holiday and most other agencies were closed but Toretto was open, so I went inside and was greeted by Sasaki. His english is good and we had no problems understanding each other, so even for someone that speaks zero Japanese, Sasaki will be able to assist you. He was also very patient and thorough when dealing with a fussy tenant like me. For each apartment viewing, he highlighted what he knew I like and dislike. He made useful recommendations when it came to train stations and furniture. He doesn't only specialise in Musashi Kosugi area but he can assist with other areas too as all property agents use the same database (so a trusted agent is what matters the most!). At the contract signing (which was a thick booklet and all in Japanese - no English available) he took time to explain the clauses. I'm really lucky to have met Sasaki and will recommend any foreigner (or local) looking for an apartment in Tokyo as he gives first-class service and advice.
