★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風邪気味で体調が悪かったので、万が一に備えて予約のキャンセルを申し入れました。すると、当日キャンセルなのでキャンセル料1000円いただきますとの事。
以前スタッフが体調悪いので予約を変更して欲しいと言われたことがあり、こちらは文句も言わずに応じたのですが、自分たちは良くてお客はダメなんですね。
もう二度と行くことは無いと思います。客商売、顧客ビジネスの在り方を、責任者の方は考えた方がいいと思いますよ。
I had a cold and was sick, so I requested to cancel my reservation just in case. Then, since it is canceled on the day, a cancellation fee of 1000 yen will be charged.
I was once asked to change my reservation because the staff was not feeling well, so I responded without complaining, but we are good and the customers are not good.
I don't think I'll ever go there again. I think the person in charge should think about the ideal way of customer business and customer business.
